I wasn't expecting to love this dress as much as I do! It's true to size /oversized fit I'm wearing a 3X( I'm usually a 2X in fitted dresses) My bust is 47.5 my waist is 42 . I loved the oversized fit and the ties so I can adjust the waist. I did size up as there was no stretch and the arms looked tigh. The skirt is so much fun! Definitely need more in this style!

The fabric of this dress is like a very, very thick denim. The dress is so heavy and would be incredibly hot for spring and summer. It looks cute in the online photos, but in real life, it gives strong 1990s country vibes. Returned, sadly, mostly because of the awful stuff, scratchy, thick fabric.

I love this dress and the Capri colors are so beautiful! This dress is perfect for dressing up or a regular work day. I wear this silhouette year round and wish Ivy made even more color combinations. The embroidery makes it so pretty. The arm cuffs are very tight. The cuffs should be at least an inch bigger on future versions. Gorgeous!

I have been wanting this dress for a long time and even when they sold out I was waiting and hoping it'll come back. I gave this dress a 3 star because of the quality and it's still nice. I read a bunch of reviews and everyone loved it also said it runs big. I decided to stick true to size and get medium and it was super tight around my arms. I then returned and exchanged for a large it fit around my arms but the waist was too full and big. This dress fits ok on me. I don't hate it but I don't love it either. It's an OK dress for me. But I love seeing it on other people just not on myself. Was going to return it but too much of a hassle so offered it to a family member who bought it off me. Just disappointed that it didn't work out. Ordered from here twice before and sizing never run true to size for me.

This dress was my first Ivy purchase! I’ve been pregnant and nursed with this dress and love how it fit in all those situations. It’s versatile so can be worn for summer, fall, winter and spring as well! My husband calls this my 30 pound dress. It has a lot of thick fabric so it does weigh more than a regular dress but it’s not too noticeable and all that cozy fabric keeps you warm in cold weather! Now that I’ve stopped nursing my youngest, I’m back to being a board member of the IBTC but it still fits well and doesn’t make me feel washed out.

First things first: I ADORE this dress. But be aware: if you have broad shoulders or meaty arms (as I do), you may want to size up, as the sleeves don't really have any stretch or give. I ended up exchanging for a bigger size twice before I could wear it comfortably.

I absolutely love this style dress by Ivy! It is sooo flattering and comfortable! I own the Aurora in a size M and I got this one second hand in a size XL and they both fit great because of the drawstring waist ties! You can see in this photo that the bust area has a little extra room, I'm pear shaped and am more a M/L in the bust but my waist in fitted dresses is a L/XL. The Capri I had heard has a little tighter arms than the other colors in this style which is why I chanced the XL and though the bust has more room than my Aurora does the arms are only a touch looser so I'm glad I got a larger size. The extra room isn't a big deal, I didn't do this for this photo when I tried it on but, you can scoot the material around because the tie for the waist goes all the way around so you can play with how the fabric up top sits. It's really such a beautiful dress! I'll definitely be getting more colors and am praying they make an Olive green one in this silhouette!

I love this silhouette! The colors on this dress are beautiful and I feel it transitions well for all seasons. The fabric is a little on the heavier side, but overall it is still comfortable. I normally get a size small, but I size down in this style to an x-small because it has the waist tie to adjust.

This dress is gorgeous! And you can tell it's very well made. I had sticker shock at first, but you can immediately see why by the quality. I typically wear an 8 in almost all dresses, pants, shorts, etc. I ordered a Medium and it fit pretty close to perfect (I'm 5'7, 155ish, carry most of my weight in my hips). The arms were a bit tight - not terribly but there isn't any stretch so they're very snug. Also, make sure you have a second person close by to help you get out of it - it's a struggle. The buttons were tight, but I kind of like that so they don't bust open and have a wardrobe malfunction. I've received so many compliments on this dress and every time I'm asked where it's from. I'm a repeat customer for sure.

I’ve been an ivy customer for a couple years now but somehow I didnt realize how flattering the santorini/capri/aurora/holland silhouette is. I got my first (santorini) a couple months ago and now I need all the colors! My santorini is a L short (TTS L), but my capri is an XL and it cinches down just fine. I can wear a medium too. Love this darker color for fall

I love my Capri dress! The embroidery design is exquisite and the smoky blue color is beautiful. The details in this dress are incredible- the pleating and embroidery and full lining. I always get so many compliments whenever I wear this dress. It can be dressed up or down very easily. I do love the style and fit and am debating on buying the same one in pink (Aurora, I believe it’s called). If you’re debating on this one, buy it! You will definitely not regret it!

This is definitely one of my favorite dresses. It’s very comfortable and looks good on all body types. I love Ivy‘s dresses, but I’m a little old for most of them. I think this one works for older women like me— nearly 50 years old! I get tons of compliments. I love all the details, and the beautiful embroidery. The dusky blue is a beautiful color. I also have this dress in white. So so fun!

I love this dress! It’s thick and definitely more of a fall material for East Coast. I live in VA and it was a little too thick for July weather. My mom convinced me to get the Capri dress even though navy blue is not my favorite, and I am so glad she did. It’s so beautiful! I did get a large vs a medium. Both sizes would fit me, but it’s easier to get over the head and more comfortable in a large for me. I like it flowy!

I'm 130 lbs and 5'1 and ordered a S initially but had to exchange for a XS because it too big. The XS fits much better. The blue color I got is a little more faded than shown in pics but still beautiful. Will be a perfect fall/spring dress.

I would say fit true to size but you can definitely size down one size for better fit. I am obsessed with this fit I have the Santorini, the Aurora and now the Capri. So perfect for bump too.

Well made, but the button holes were a bit small. I thought it would have pockets, but it does not. The color is also a bit more muted than I was expecting from pictures. Not as flattering as I hoped. All in all an okay dress. If the white one were ever back in stock I would say probably go for that one, if you get this design at all.

Very well made dress that is sure to last for a very long time. The sleeves end right at my elbows which is great. For reference, I’m 5’2”, 46 in chest and 41 in waist. The 1x fits TTS even with the length perfectly at my ankles. If not for my big arms, I could probably size down. Lots of room within the skirt and has a great twirl.

Wonderful dress for Spring and Autumn. The fabric is a heavier type of cotton and it flows beautifully. You can tighten the waist for a more fitted look but it’s not stretchy at the back area, in case you’re thinking of sizing down. I’d stay TTS. Such a perfect dress to throw on and instantly look put together. Great for nursing too!

This is an excellent quality dress - the fabric is a mid/heavier weight and the embroidery is stunning. It runs a little large: I am a TTS small and I purchased an XS. I am not a huge fan of the high neckline on me but everything else about the dress is gorgeous!

Love this dress! I bought one for me and my little one. Being 5"1' tall, the dress length still fits me perfectly. The buttons make the dress nursing-friendly, but the cut around the waist doesn't really allow the top to open up completely, which doesn't make it double pumping-friendly.

I love this style of dress so much! The Capri is my 3rd in this silhouette! The blue is honestly gorgeous and I love the embroidered details on it. I can go down one size (from dresses with no stretch) in this silhouette because it is supposed to be more of a relaxed fit. I did try a size down from this one and it fit just fine, but I like the relaxed look better! Seriously, so happy I could snag this one. Hoping they make more colors in the future!

It is much shorter than I thought it would be(I even did the tape measure from my shoulder to 48” like it says and that’s not where it hits). I’m 5’8”. I guess the only good thing is I got it on sale, even though that’s a lot of money to not be able to return it!

I am about 5’5 and 112lbs - it will fit great with a baby bump though! I will definitely take my measurements and use their sizing guide next time. Very feminine, twirly, & modest. Even my husband said, ‘I like your dress, kinda sexy.’
