    Gorgeous Color

    The material for this one is very pretty. The teal is gorgeous. It’s a nice dropped waist that is more flattering than other Ivy City styles I’ve tried, though it does have some wiggle room/give. It’s a nice option if you want to feel physically comfortable in a conservative dress - especially if you were hoping for a pretty jewel tone like this, etc. The neckline is boring and not flattering on anyone, but I know they try to make things as modest as possible. Would love to have a dress where I can have a waist and also a collarbone, but I’ll take it. 😉 IMHO, the shape does not photograph well- at least not without professional lighting to show the true shape of the material in this dark shade. It’s more flattering in person than photos.

    Beautiful and flattering!

    The color is such a gorgeous rich teal, and the velvet is so soft. The cut is very flattering and I love the subtle drop waist with the ribbed bodice. My teenage daughter even wants a matching one - now you KNOW the dress is a good one!
