I was a little apprehensive about ordering the Ophelia dress because of the color…but it looked so cute on everyone online, so I took a chance! It’s like a pale butter yellow in person and really pretty! My skin tone is naturally pale/neutral, but I generally have self tanner on which makes me medium/tan with more more warm undertones—which I think look good with this color. I was shocked that it’s also fully lined and not see through! I usually wear Athleta bike shorts underneath my dresses, and you can’t see anything. I am larger in the bust so they sort of take over the entire smocked area, but I don’t think it looks bad at all, it just changes the silhouette a little bit. The flutter sleeves hit me at the lower end of the mid-arm and are very flattering, I think. I am 5’3” and the hem of the dress hits me mid to low calf. The fabric is polyester, but very lightweight, soft, and cool for the summer! I don’t have a full body picture, but I added this one for the coloring. I definitely don’t regret taking a chance on this dress, it’s already a favorite!

I ordered this dress in the floral first and I absolutely loved it. The difference between the floral and the yellow is that the yellow wrinkles more than the floral. Overall, nice dress and a go to when I’m going to church or any day activities.

Absolutely LOVE the style of this dress!!! My only thing is that I ordered my size and would say that the material is VERY tight on my armpits. I'm keeping it the same size because I love where it fits everywhere else and I love the style so much.
However, if you have a wider chest (not big breasts, but wide shoulders/ribcage--I'm a 38B) I would recommend possibly sizing up.

Stuck to my tts small. My measurements are 34B, 26W. I would size down in these smocked dresses based on the wiggle room for the dress. It is a beautiful dress with a beautiful color, but I wasn’t in love with the fabric -it was kind of see-through and not very wrinkle free. I am always on the look out for a good wrinkle free dress (just my preference). I purchase most of my dresses for work (teaching) so I never ended up wearing it.

I did order this dress in two different sizes and one of the dresses had a defect in the waist band. The sewing caused for an uneven waistband. It didn't sit straight, but instead looked wavy.
