LOVE this dress! It has major twirl factor and is so comfortable. I got compliments all evening!

I was surprised how heavy the dress is, why wouldn't you use a lighter material to make the dress. It feels very heavy, and on a hot day in California, it's hard to be in a heavy dress. Just my comments.

Let me start by saying that I stalked this dress waiting for it to come back in stock... and when it did come back in stock.. I immediately purchased! Sadly, I had to return it because it didn't fit my shape in a flattering way BUT that does not take away from the beautiful design and quality craftsmanship of this dress. It's even more stunning in person just not meant for me. The fabric is a nice weighted cottony material with a cute design.

Such a great quality dress. The pattern and fabric are amazing. I've been waiting for this dress to become available and it was worth the wait. I'm 5'4 and the length was just right. Pairs nicely with wedged heels.

This dress is perfection! It’s very well made and so pretty. I love that the buttons are functional and that waste is adjustable. This dress is great for postpartum/nursing. My one complaint, is that there was a small yellow stain when I get the dress. Fortunately, it’s in a spot where you don’t really notice it unless you’re looking for it.

This is my third dress in this silhouette! I was going to hold off until the short version was restocked, but didn’t want to wait anymore. I love this silhouette and this color-way is so fresh and beautiful. I like a tighter fit so I sized down to an XS each time. It makes it a little more interesting taking it off, but I feel perfectly comfortable wearing it all day long.

When I first ordered this dress my tts was too big. When they restocked, I got a size down but it’s a little snug on my arms lol. Still fits and not uncomfortable but would have preferred my tts.

Absolutely beautiful! A thicker fabric than I expected, which is great for white (less see-through issues)!. Beautiful detail and flattering as well. I can't wait to wear it on vacation.

They are super pretty, amazing quality and I get a lot of compliments where ever I go. I wanted to get all the colors, but these three colors were the only available!

I’m 5’8” and 140 lbs. I ordered a small based on the size rubric. It fits great! I usually order a Medium but I think this dress is better in a Small for me because I have a smaller upper body. The embroidery is beautiful, the details (pleats, ruffles, full skirt!) are super fun, and I feel so happy wearing it.

This dress is meant to fit loose, so I quite love that I can breathe when wearing this stile, as I have them all. I will say for the white it can me a little see through on the top portion if the dress. Love and will continue to buy in ever color!

I've been obsessed with this dress since before I ever bought anything... It's the dress that first brought ICC to my attention and it does not disappoint! Blue and white is my fav combo and the embroidery is exquisite. I also love the oversized fit, functional buttons, and gorgeous skirt. I really don't think you can go wrong with this one.

Love this dress! Fits great, except I failed to buy the short version so it’s pretty long and large on my torso, so short girls, definitely get the short version. I’m 5’1’’ xsmall in a lot of styles and that’s the size I got. Fabric is also heavier so be weary during the summer!

Love this dress. For reference, I am 5’4, 118lbs. Petite build. 32B. The XS was sold out so I ordered the XXS. I was worried it would be too small but as you can see, it fits beautifully. I had plenty of room. The drawstring allows for extra space. You can wear it tighter or more loose. My girls absolutely loved theirs too.

I tried Santorini in large and Aurora In XXL, and they both *mostly* fit, so I'd say it's pretty flexible. However, if you have a large bust, it just pulls the non-fitted waist right up to the bust to make it empire/maternity looking. It's lovely, but just not great on me!

Such a flattering dress. I love that I can dress it up or down, and it is perfect for so many different occasions.

I'm still uncertain on the sizing on this one. Bodice is TTS for an oversized look but there’s just SO MUCH fabric in the skirt that it looks over oversized on me. If I sized down, bodice wouldn’t have looked relaxed/oversized while skirt would’ve. I wish it were lined too. The navy floral on white is classic though. Won’t go outta style.

Love this dress, very high quality material and detail on the dress. I am a 24 waist and 35 bust and I purchased a size small long. I liked the look of the oversized dress with the adjustable waist, it felt more flattering. I wouldn't size down in it just because I think the larger size makes the waist more flattering. There is no stretch to the top of the dress. I wish the sleeve was just a bit shorter than all the way to the elbow. That is the only thing about the dress I was unsure of. I think this dress works with so many body types. I bought the same one for my mom and sister and niece and they love them too!

Just the most perfect dress!

I liked it, but didn’t love it. The fabric is heavy (and a lot of it), and I knew it would be a pain to wash and iron. I can see why people like it because it is unique and cute on, but couldn’t justify keeping it.

I am so glad that I was finally able to snag this Ivy City classic dress. I went with a medium and it fits true to size. The waist is big, but I just sinch it in with the drawstring ties. I personally feel like if I had sized down it would be too small in the shoulders and chest.

This dress solves up to the hype! Beautiful color, length, silhouette. Very flattering! Funny story- I stumbled across the Aurora dress on Pinterest and searched high and low for it. I discovered it isn’t sold anymore, but found it’s sister- the santorini. I’ve been waiting for over a year for it to come back in stock (and catch it before it sold out.) Then one day- surprise! The Aurora came back! I instantly purchased, but I had grown to love the santorini in the meantime. I few days later it also came into stock so- now I own both!! I am 5’7” and 118lbs. I typically wear a medium in most brands. I can wear a small. I ordered this in a med and luckily I can synch the waist. It is still beautiful, but I wish I had ordered a small because the shoulders and bust are more flattering. I will keep it though. Love that it’s 100% cotton.

I waited forever to get this dress. For years I have admired how beautiful it is. I didn't get it because of the lines/ruffle-like details on the bust. I didn't think it would work for me. On the contrary, the bust details did work for me! The lines/ruffle-like details on the bust actually make this dress very flattering! I would say that this dress runs on the larger side, but I got my tts and love it. I am so glad I can cinch in the waist as much as I need to. I am 5'6" and got the long version, which is the perfect length. I feel like this dress can be dressed up or down making it so versatile! Love the sleeves and details on them as well as the beautiful blue embroidery. The functional buttons and true drawstring make this dress nursing and maternity friendly too! I love this dress! The Santorini is that dress that you should never give away lol! Had to buy again. Went with my size down M and it fits great. It’s meant to be oversized so you can stay tts.

I love the drawstring waist! I’m 5’1” so I got the short option. It definitely runs big. Im normally a medium and I got a medium because I wanted it to fit throughout my pregnancy. If I hadn’t been pregnant I would have sized down. The fabric is great quality. I did need to wear something underneath because my bra showed through.

Beautiful dress. Mine arrived with some flaws but CS took care of it for me. Definitely a heavy material, looser fit even with measurements. I chose one size down than I thought I’d need (large bust/ back) and I think I might’ve gotten away with one size even smaller. Still beautiful!

I opted for Short because I was to impatient to wait for the regular medium to drop but in the end I’m very happy with the length of the short. I was always on the fence about this dress but decided to purchase it when "short" became available. I am so glad I got it because its prettier in person. I am 5'3 and 127lbs and got a small in short and its the perfect size. I feel comfortable wearing it with heels or flats and it will still be a good length. the dress itself is lovely. however the fabric is see through, the dress is not lined at all. i am going to either have to sew a lining in or wear a slip under because my undergarments shoes as does all my tattoos. additionally the dress sleeve diameter are smaller than expected. i wanted to love this dress so badly, but i only like it due to the execution of the dress not being what is typically produced by ivy city co.

This dress is beautifully made! I believe it fits perfect. The dress overall design is made to be flowy and comfortable, and that’s how it truly is. I am a size medium and 5’4”. My dress is a medium-short and it fits great at the arms, in floor length and waist. I love it and glad I bought it!

Beautiful dress. I do suggest wearing something to cover your bra, I noticed the material on top is a little light and you can see the shape of undergarments. I would say either size down/tts, depending on chest size. I ordered xs and I fits well (currently 7.5 months pregnant) and it will fit well after baby, but my bust size does make it a bit uncomfortable right now because they are larger than normal. I also ordered short length and it last perfect for my shorter self (5’3”)

At first opening it, I was concerned it would be see through, and it does def require tan undeez but I can work with that. I have the size small and it fits perfectly. I also own the blue one in this style in XS and the pink in M. The waist tie makes it super forgiving. This fabric is more airy than the blue or pink, a true summer piece!

The waist band has no stretch in it, and no zipper. I sized down to an xs after reading reviews which would have been perfect, except I struggle with getting it over my shoulders. I'm broader in the shoulders so I should have gone with a small (my normal size) just to have maybe another inch to wiggle around my shoulders. Otherwise the xs would have been the right size for me, if you don't have broad shoulders I'd size down, but if you have broad shoulders at least get your normal size. The arm holes don't have stretch either, they were a little more snug than I would prefer, but still work for me.
