Return Policy

If your product arrives and does not meet your expectations, you have 30 days from the date your product was delivered to return or exchange for a refund, exchange, or store credit. To begin this process please take the following steps to get your return or exchange moving as quickly as possible.

*note: *Products that have been worn, dirtied, or used outside of a first try on, and/or are missing tags are not eligible for return.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please do not submit a return and instead contact us at hello@ivycityco.com and we’ll get you taken care of right away!

Exchanges/Return for Store Credit

As soon as your return tracking is updated, or your return is dropped off at a Returns Bar location (per the method selected when submitting the request) our automated system will immediately process your exchange order or store credit. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the exchange/store credit return has been processed. 

*Please note, if the item you selected for exchange is out of stock, you will receive a refund (refund fees will be waived for refunds issued for out of stock exchanges) 

The returns system only allows like for like exchanges. If you'd like to make a non-like for like exchange, send us an email and we can help!

Refunds

Once your return tracking is updated, or your return is dropped off at a Returns Bar location (per the method selected when submitting the request) our automated system will immediately process your refund and credit your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed by your bank. 

A refund will be issued for the items returned, less the original cost of shipping, shipping protection cost and the applicable return fee. A $9 fee will be deducted from your refund amount for refund returns using the Return Bar method, or a $12 fee for using the pre-paid return label method.

Shipping Labels

We will provide a prepaid shipping label for all domestic exchanges, store credit returns and refunds. 

For refunds: A $9 fee will be deducted from your refund amount for returns using the Return Bar method or a $12 fee for refund returns using the pre-paid return label method.

International Returns

At this time we are not able to offer pre-paid returns or Return Bars for our international orders. You are more than welcome to submit a return request and send your items back to us at your cost and would be happy to get you refunded for the returned items. Please email us at hello@ivycityco.com to get the return address and start the return process.
