Return Policy

How do I initiate a return? 

Returned items must be unused, unworn, with the original Oh Happy Day bag, and all tags still attached to be elligible for a return.

Free returns are available for exchange and store credit returns. We have recently updated our policy so you now have 45 days from when your order ships to request an exchange or return for credit!

We offer a quick exchange process that places your new order as soon as your returned items are on their way back to us.

Returns for refund have a refund fee of $12 for pre-paid label that will be deducted from your refund amount. You have 21 days from when your order ships to request a return for refund.

*Shipping costs, shipping protection and redeemed rewards are non-refunable

Please do not combine returns that have separate Express Codes, to ensure correct and timely processing of your return. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment.

Credit only returns

Only select sales will have credit only returns. Please see the terms and conditions of the sale for confirmation.

Which items are final sale?

Items ending in $0.99, or otherwise stated “final sale” are final sale.

International returns 

At this time we are not able to offer pre-paid returns or Return Bars drop offs for our international orders. Please email us at to start the return process manually.

Prepaid duties and taxes are non-refundable. These are forwarded to your local customs authority so we are unable to refund fund. However by contacting your local customs office directly, with copies of your return information, you can claim these fees back.

What if my items are damaged or defective?

Damaged or defective product must be reported within 10 days of receipt to be eligible for replacement. Please send an email to with your order number and detailed photos of the defect and we are happy to help.
