About the Role

We're on the hunt for a Social Media Coordinator responsible for scheduling and executing engaging content across all social media platforms. This role will collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging, track performance metrics, and adapt strategies to maximize engagement and growth. This role will be full-time working a hybrid schedule at Ivy's HQ in Riverton, UT.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute social media content calendars for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Create stories, videos, and graphics in alignment with brand guidelines for Ivy City and Ivy City Showroom accounts.
  • Monitor social channels for trends, engagement opportunities, and brand mentions.
  • Write captions, select visuals, and optimize content for each platform.
  • Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Later, Hootsuite).
  • Respond to comments, messages, and tagged posts in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to coordinate campaigns and launches.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions).

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in social management or marketing in Retail.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and best practices.
  • Experience using social media scheduling and analytics tools, experience with Sprout required.
  • Self-motivated and driven, with a strong desire to take initiative and deliver impact.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and deliver results on time.
  • Proactive contributor who takes ownership, brings ideas forward, and is excited about the brand.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
