THE DRESSES
As with all Ivy City pieces, the Lovers dresses are original designs created by owners Tash, Whitney, and Madeline. So much love and care went into every detail, from choosing the fabrics to altering silhouettes until they fit just right. These dresses were designed with you in mind!
THE MODELS
One of our favorite parts of photoshoots is getting to work with incredible models who make our dresses look amazing. They bring an amazing energy, and they're pros in front of the camera. With adorable mini and baby models, there's never a dull moment on set.

SETTING THE SCENE
We could not have pulled off this shoot without our incredible set stylist Kendal (@kendalhmcallister). With the help of our girl Alisha (@hi.alishaclark), she put together beautiful props and made our wild ideas into reality. Of course, our tea party would not have been complete without the delicious and stunning treats provided by our friend Megan Faulkner Brown (@meganfaulknerbrown), founder of The Sweet Tooth Fairy (@sweettoothfairy). This dream team made it all possible!
HAIR & MAKEUP
Great hair and makeup makes all the difference, and, lucky for us, our girl Liz is the best in the game (@lizthebeautywiz). She really brought the magical finishing touches with feminine rosy makeup and ethereal braids. The floral headpieces truly stole the show. We're obsessed with the dried look that our friend Michaela Moran of Days of May Florals (@daysofmayflorals) created, as well as the whimsical crowns from Notes + Knots (@notesandknots).
ACCESSORIES
We truly believe that accessories are the key to beautiful outfits and jaw dropping images. It's so fun to play with jewelry, shoes, hair accessories, and props to bring photos to the next level. As we mentioned in our Spring Trends Forecast blog post, we're in love with pastels, and those hues were perfect for all of our accessories, including our shoe line up (click here for similar mini pink lace-up boots, lavender pumps, and nude heels). The vintage inspired suitcases brought classic European vibes and made us want to book a one-way trip to Paris (get them here in blush, blue, pink, and floral). Of course, we had to add hair accessories to elevate the looks - we're loving pearl headbands, braided headbands, and velvet headbands with jewel accents.
BEHIND THE CAMERA
Of course, you can't have a photoshoot without a talented team behind the camera. Breea and Cody from Tell The Birds (@tellthebirds) captured all of the magic in stunning videos that make us feel giddy about the collection. Our very own CMO, Madeline (@madelinebecker) and Community Manager Tori (@localstoricreative) shot all the amazing photos you see across our website and on this blog post.
As you can see, behind every photo is a team of incredibly talented creatives: designers, models, set stylists, makeup artists, photographers, and videographers working together to make it all happen. We love collaborating with friends and making new ones along the way, and we feel so lucky to get to do what we love - and have so much fun while we do it!
