About Ivy City Co.
Founded by three women navigating the early days of motherhood, Ivy City was born from a sewing machine, a shared dream, and a quiet rebellion against the idea that moms have to lose themselves to be good mothers. Today, Ivy City is more than a clothing brand. It’s a place. A philosophy. An invitation. We believe in a world where caregiving is aspirational, not apologetic. Where caregiving is a kind of power. Where elegance and family coexist. Where getting dressed can feel like a celebration—not a compromise.
Here, kids are part of the story, not a distraction from it. Their presence brings joy, grounding, and meaning. And your presence *as a mother, a woman, a dreamer* is never an afterthought. We design for the moments that matter.
About the Role
We are on the hunt for an Influencer Marketing Coordinator. This role can be executed remotely or hybrid from Riverton, Utah. This role will run the daily machine of influencer marketing and activations - manage the ShopMy strategy end to end, expand influencer and affiliate programs, launch and measure creator collaborations, secure whitelisting rights and paid amplification, and partner with the CEO to execute high-impact creator events. Success is measured by attributable revenue (last- and multi-touch), CAC efficiency, and brand amplification that compounds (UGC, long-tail links, evergreen content).
Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Build and maintain the quarterly influencer & affiliate plan aligned to product calendar, wholesale drops, and key brand moments (Mother’s Day, holiday, collabs).
- Translate goals (revenue, traffic, content volume) into channel-level targets across organic, gifted, paid, affiliate, and events.
ShopMy & Creator Pipeline (Primary)
- Own ShopMy strategy: list management, outreach, gifting logic, offer tiers, and performance tracking.
- Maintain a tiered roster (Hero/Mid/Long-Tail) across Moms, Occasion, Bridal/Events, Modest, Petite/Plus, and Kids/Mini creators.
- Execute always-on gifting and seasonal seeding with clear briefs, deadlines, and content specs.
- Negotiate deliverables, rates, exclusivities, usage, and whitelisting rights; route contracts and POs.
Campaign Execution
- Run month-to-month campaigns from brief → contracting → product logistics → content QA → tracking links → posting → amplification → recap.
- Ensure creative compliance: brand voice, product priorities, dress fit/size messaging, and FTC disclosure.
- Traffic UTMs, promo codes, and attribution links; QA all pre- and post-flight.
Affiliate Program Growth
- Expand and optimize affiliate partners via ShopMy, LTK, Impact (or equivalent).
- Improve EPC, AOV, and conversion via tiered commission, bundles, and limited-time boosts.
- Maintain a clean taxonomy of links/codes; retire duplicates and monitor code leakage.
Whitelisting & Paid Amplification
- Secure whitelisting and content usage rights at contracting.
- Partner with paid media to amplify creator posts (Meta/TikTok) and test creative in DPA/dynamic formats.
- Monitor paid performance (CTR, CVR, MER/ROAS) and feed learnings back to creator briefs.
Events & IRL Activations
- Co-own influencer events (try-ons, store happenings, pop-ups, collection launches).
- Build invite lists, manage RSVPs, product pulls, glam, run-of-show, capture plans, and post-event recap.
- Drive long-tail engagement from events (post-event content waves, reels remixes, affiliate boosts).
Analytics & Reporting
- Maintain weekly dashboards: spend, post volume, reach, saves, CTR, sessions, CVR, AOV, revenue, cost per acquisition, content volume, and UGC library growth.
- Deliver post-campaign recaps with learnings and next steps; manage cohort tests and incrementality checks.
Qualifications
- 4–6 years in influencer/affiliate marketing at an apparel, beauty, or lifestyle brand or agency.
- Hands-on experience with ShopMy (must-have), plus comfort with LTK/Impact/Awin (nice-to-have).
- Proven track record negotiating creator deals, managing dozens of partners at once, and hitting revenue/engagement goals.
- Strong analytics chops: UTM hygiene, GA4, link tracking, reporting, and basic pivot/Looker/Sheets.
- Familiarity with whitelisting, usage rights, and content licensing.
- Event ops skills (vendor coordination, budgets, run-of-show).
- Excellent writing (briefs, DMs, emails) and project management.
Nice-to-Have
- Fashion background with fit/sizing fluency (women’s, mini, Mommy & Me).
- Meta/TikTok Ads Manager familiarity for whitelisted boosts.
- Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Asana/ClickUp, and a CRM or creator CRM (Grin/Aspire/Modash).
- Photo/video literacy (what makes content convert).
