Not For Larger Busts
The pattern is pretty and overall the fit is nice. However, having buttons on smocking does not work on a larger bust size. It created a fair amount of gapping down the chest.

I own the Parker in three colorways and love the dress so much. As someone who is more narrow in the shoulder and smaller-busted than some plus-size women, this style works well for me. The style looks polished and fitted instead of loose, as so many dresses can be on me. I get my typical size because I like that it is loose and not tight, but I think I could easily go down two sizes for a more fitted look. There is a LOT of stretch in the top and the skirt flares a bit so that there is room.

Disappointing
Love the design concept, buttons on a smocked top… however I was not expecting the material… it is soooo crunchy. I sound like a plastic bag when I move in any way! Couldn’t return it because it was final sale, otherwise it would’ve immediately been sent back!

Love This Dress
The parker in general is a favorite silhouette of mine. I am plus size but narrow at the shoulders and smaller busted, so the all over smocking helps the dress fit better. I have this dress in 3 patterns so far.
For this pattern, it's absolutely one of my favorites. The colors are festive, but not blatantly Christmas so I can wear it any time of year. The way the skirt is pleated is flattering and the fabric feels like a coated cotton, so it won't wrinkle. I love that because I hate ironing.
I would say this dress runs a bit big. I probably could have gone down a size from the ones I own, but for my comfort level (not a fan of constrictive clothes) I stuck my normal smocked size.
