The color and dainty floral print of the Madison dress is even more beautiful in person than it is online. The fabric is not as unforgiving or as high quality as other dresses from this company and I did need to size up in this style. Normally I order a large but I needed an extra large in this dress. Even so, I honestly don’t regret the purchase. I still love it and received multiple compliments wearing it to church last weekend!

I so badly wanted to love this (it has my name!) but sadly the fit was just off for me. I typically wear a 3x in anything smocked, and the dress fit perfectly except through the hips. As a plus-size, wide hip girlie, the upper hem on the skirt hugged right right around my hips and bum, preventing it from being as flowy as it could. Unfortunately I think sizing up would make the chest too big. Returning :(

Love the Madison dress so much as soon as I saw it I was obsessed. Its hard to find well fitting modest dresees for curvy girls , but this one fit just perfect. Super comfortable and well made. Can wait to try more ivycityco dresses in the future.

Oh, hello new favorite! The eyelet detail, the flutter sleeve, shorter length ... truly obsessed. I was worried the smocking would be tighter on this compared to others so I stayed true to size at a large. It fits perfect and do not regret staying true to size! For reference I am 5'7, 36D chest, size 10/30 in pants. Bring on spring and summer with this cute little number!

I absolutely adore this dress! I tried it on and it’s just the cutest! But if you wear garments, it’ll show through the sleeve-like a lot. I almost exclusively shop here for dresses, but I won’t be able to if they don’t make them garment friendly. Made me so sad. Could not purchase, but would if the sleeve was different.

This might be my new favorite Ivy dress, and pictures really don’t do it Justice! The details on this dress are precious with tons of eyelet stitching. It’s light, airy, and comfortable. I’m wearing my true to size small, and this is not one of the smocked dresses I would recommend sizing down in. I usually wear XS in smocked dresses and while I could size down, the smocking is tighter on this and wouldn’t be as comfortable! I’m 5’3, 115-120 pounds for reference. Buy it!
