Return Policy

If you’re not happy, we’re not happy!

We gladly accept unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.
Free exchanges and store credit. Store credit never expires.
Refunds to your original payment method are subject to a $9 prepaid return label fee (per order), deducted from your refund.
Items marked final sale - including items priced ending in .99 - are not eligible for return.
International orders: customers are responsible for return shipping. To start an international return, please email hello@ivycityco.com.
