Our Prevention Policy for COVID-19
As the situation with COVID-19 evolves day-to-day, our top priority during these challenging times continues to be the health and safety of our co-workers, customers, and communities.
At Ivy City Co., taking care of both the community and our employees is important to us. All Ivy City Co employees are provided with the knowledge of CDC safety guidelines and protocols. We have had discussions with them regarding their level of comfortableness in working together and through this COVID-19 situation, and the suggested social distancing guidelines for their desks and interactions are being followed. All employees are trained on proper hand washing protocol and work areas are cleaned thoroughly where packages are shipped.
We love our customers and the little community we have created and are continuing to work hard to get your orders out as quickly as possible, while following all the safety measures. Because we are taking extra precautions we ask for patience in this time as response times and shipping items could be delayed up to 48 hrs outside of our normal policies.
Local Pick-ups, Drop-offs, and Exchanges
We are still following COVID-19 guidelines, and all pick-ups, drop-offs, and exchanges will remain completely contactless and are all arranged with our customer support by emailing hello@ivycity.com.
