So comfy and it's cotton!
I love this top! I chose to size down because I thought it looked like it was a little oversized on the models. I'm glad I did! It fits snug, but in a good way. I like my smocked tops and dresses to fit more snug. It also made it a little shorter so it is easier to see the detail on the skirt that matches it, too. So cute with the skirt, but will look great with other things too.
