Stunning!!
The Cordelia is my favorite Ivy City silhouette! The puff sleeves and ruffle around the mock neck give it the best feminine touch. The smocking on this style runs slightly lower down that bodice than a lot of their other styles, which makes it very flattering. And the Pink Bloom print is BEAUTIFUL!! I own this dress in 4 of the prints they've released and love each one of them. Highly recommend!!
