This dress is just too cute! It fits perfectly too. The neckline isn't too tight. The sleeves are not lined.

I wore to a coastal wedding rehearsal and welcome party and it was perfect for the event! This dress is so pretty. It could be dressed up or down.
I sized up from a 16 to a 16W because I’m busty and I read in the reviews it was tight across the bust. I think I could have gone with a 16. I wore a padded push up bra to fill out the top better and it was loose in the waist and long in the arms. I think a 16 would have been better for me. I’m 44” bust, 35” waist, 42” hips and 5’4. This dress hit about at the knees on me.

I love this dress!! Like other people said there is no stretch so size up. I’m normally a small and went with a size 4 and it fits great! I love the print and the puffy sleeves, such a fun detail!
