Pictures do not do this beautiful blue justice. It’s so lovely and soft in person. I went with true to size, but you may need to size up due to chest measurements. The only downside is the arm openings are pretty big when you raise your arms and may show undergarments.

Seriously the most amazing dress I've ever owned! I'm in between sizes with a little bit of a larger bust and I sized up and it fits perfectly. I wore this dress in my sister's wedding as a bridesmaid and I got so many compliments! The shade of blue is so pretty and flattering, and the silhouette of the dress is equally amazing. I was a little nervous about how the flutter sleeve would lay, but it is perfect. It has a double layer so it covers enough to be flattering but keeps the integrity of the stylish detail. I had a slight imperfection in my original dress and I reached out to Ivy City and within three days I had a brand new dress in my hands and a prepaid label to send my other one back. Not only is the dress stunning, their customer service is amazing. They are so kind and willing to help! My bank account better watch out because my closet is about to be filled up with all of these amazing dresses.
