I love this dress but it does not fit well in the bust. It was way too small for me and gave me under boob squish while it was too big for my daughter. She did end up getting it altered to wear to a dance and it turned out perfect for her. So be prepared to either deal with possible alterations if you have a larger bust.

This style ran big for my daughter. She is traditionally a medium in the zip back dresses and we had to exchange this for a small. I still need to take it in a little in the shoulder area. Small bust ladies may want to size down!

I LOVE the pink ballerina! I went with a small and the bust seams and the top area fit perfectly. It is a little tight around my waist, but if I went with the medium like I did with the black ballerina the top of the dress would be too big. I am okay with it being really form fitting so that it allows for the top of the dress to be flattering and fitted. For reference I am 5’4”, 135lbs, and a 34D.

I love the ballerina dress … tho I will admit, I think I prefer the tulle versions better than the fabric version. The pink tulle is beautiful & fits well. It ordered a medium & it fit well. (I probably could wear a small, but I prefer not to push it). I hope they continues to offer in more colors!

2 notes: I had thought the bust cups looked weird on my large chest before, but ladies, try pulling the bodice down before zipping! I actually think they look cute now and I'm a 32G, so very busty! I like them now!
Also, the florals definitely do run a bit larger than the tulle ballerinas! My preference is the tulle.

I adore the Ballerina and had it in both Buttercream and pink floral before I gave into this baby pink version as well. It's the perfect shade of slightly lavender pink, my absolute favorite color. I do think it runs a little bit small. I ended up in my usual size L but it's a bit small in the waist for me compared to other Ivy dresses in the same size. Sizing up was a bit too baggy everywhere, but it was worth trying a size up and comparing. I was worried the bust cups would look silly on a larger chest like mine but I think it still looks adorable! I will probably end up with another Ballerina at this rate!

Here’s an updated video! I usually get xxs but sized up to xs for the tulle ballerina. The floral I still fit xxs. I did notice the shoulder wanted to fall down sometimes

Beautiful dress, gorgeous cotton candy pink but the cut is tricky. We probably should have altered it but ran out of time. The waist is very small in comparison with the bust.
There’s no stretch so be aware the waist is not going to have forgiveness.
This dress is best suited for a very hourglass body type.

Totally OBSESSED with this dress! Felt like a princess. It was perfect for Mother’s Day. The silhouette reminds me a bit of the Cleo (which I also LOVE) but this one has no stretch. One of my favorite Ivy City dresses ever.

I love this dress! The tulle is soft and the bottom, stiffer layer of tulle adds a nice shape to the skirt. It does run small at the waist and I had a hard time zipping it over the ribbon at the waist. I would recommend sizing up.
