RETURNS & EXCHANGES

RETURN POLICY

We know online shopping is tough! If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, we will gladly refund it within 30 days from your purchase date. We want you to be completely satisfied with your Ivy City Co purchase. If it fails to meet your expectations, it can be returned for a refund or exchanged. If you would like to return your merchandise, we will gladly accept it if it is unused, unworn, and unwashed, with all tags still attached. Claims for damaged, defective, incorrect or missing merchandise must be made within 48 hours of receipt of your order. These returns must be made within 7 days of receipt.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or defective upon receipt and we were contacted within the 48 hours. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method, less original shipping charges.

Include your packing slip with the returned item if possible. You MUST obtain a return authorization number before sending back your item. If you send back your item and it does not have an authorization number we cannot issue you a return! Please follow the instructions below:

 -Enter your order number and email address your made your purchase under in the requested fields and click Start a Return.

-Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return.

-You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied by original payment method, less original shipping fees, within 10 business days.

 SHOES

All shoes must be returned in the original shoebox with no worn markings whatsoever.

 SALE ITEMS

All sale items ending in $0.99 are final sale and will NOT be exchanged or returned. No exceptions!

 EXCHANGES

Our styles and sizes sell out super quick! If you desire to have an exchange done, we recommend you place an order for the new size/item you would like to exchange for, then follow the return procedures above on the item you wish to return.
