This dress is so pretty, but I didn’t love it on me. Based on the other reviews here I got my TTS, but it was falling off my shoulders and the smocking was a little bunchy. I probably could have sized down, but ultimately I decided to return it and get something else instead. I do recommend sizing down if you normally size down in the smocked styles.

I love how this dress looks on me, and the fabric/print is gorgeous. I did size up based on other reviews, that the smocking wasn't very stretchy, and I'm glad I did. I don't think I would fit in my usual small. I took off one star because while the fit says it's nursing friendly, the smocking & the neckline are so tight that it's impossible to pull down to nurse. The only way I see that it's possible is to completely pull my arms out of the sleeves & pull the bodice down, but then it's difficult to get my arms back in afterwards. I wish the neckline/smocking were more stretchy so I could actually nurse in it easily, but otherwise I really like this one.

I had really high hopes for this dress. I’m normally a medium, but currently have been sizing up to a large since I’m breastfeeding. I bought this dress as a large, but when I received it, I realized I wouldn’t be able to pull it down to breastfeed. I reached out to customer service asking how I’m suppose to nurse in this dress and if I should size up. They just told me to size up. So I bought and XL. I still had difficulty nursing, but I wanted to wear this dress for my anniversary. I’m extremely disappointed that this is marked as a “nursing friendly” dress yet to be able to nurse I had to move the sleeve down my arm and pull my breast above the top. I think this dress needs to be moved off the “nursing friendly” category.

This has to be the world’s most DARLING dress! The tiny pink roses are precious, the puff sleeves are too cute, and the length is absolutely adorable. I feel like a princess when wearing this dress. I’m definitely wearing in the next time I visit Disney World! The waistline is so flattering, and it’s overall one of the prettiest dresses I’ve ever owned!

Love this dress’ lightweight layers of fabric! And its pink floral pattern is beautiful! The plus sizes in this dress would be even better if they were a few inches longer. The stretchy-plus-sized dresses have more body to go around and that extra surface area takes away its tea length.

I love this dress so much. It’s my first in this silhouette and I love it! The fabric is pretty and super delicate looking. It’s a beautiful dress! The only thing I would change is that plus-sized dresses need to be a little longer than the other sizes so the end result length look is consistent. Dresses on plus-sized bodies have to bend around more body so they end up being shorter. Please add an inch or to to the plus size dresses.

I bought this dress specifically for the print! I love the delicate rose pattern and the fabric is so light and airy! It is a tighter smocking so I would stay TTS. I am wearing a size small and am 5'6" and 122 lbs. For future suggestions, I think this silhouette would be so fun in a shorter length!

I’m in love with the fabric of this dress! I wore this to church on a 100+ degree day since the fabric is so light weight. The dress is fully lined but is still see through, so I recommend wearing a slip with this. Some others have said in their reviews that the top tier of this dress is too tight. It was only slightly tight on myself so what I did was have the shoulders taken in a couple inches. Making the back and necklines higher which I prefer. Overall this is a great dress that looks and feels like it could have come from the UK.

I was honestly disappointed at first cause the fit was terrible at the top tier it was so tight and made me look so unflattering in my midsection. But I loved the print so decided to keep it and get it altered I got the first tier cut out and the second one sewed back on and it looks and fits soo much better now. I would I say if you don't have wide hips it will fit you fine if you do size up 2 sizes or get your tts and get it altered like I did. Overall it's a beautiful dress and with adjustments I highly recommend!

I got the size small, it has a longer smocking and I’m short, so the sleeves are a little big on me. I wouldn’t size down because there’s no much room on the skirt part, I’d stay tts especially if you have wider hips. The print is beautiful and the fabric is very lightweight, perfect for summer. I’m 5’2”, 135 lbs for reference ❤️

I got a medium and it was tight up top. I'm a 36c and pretty much always wear a medium. I was surprised it was so tight with the smocking. The print is gorgeous though!

This dress is very beautiful I like it but I also don’t like it cause I have wide hips and big thighs so the first tier fits but makes my mid section look unflattering it’s not nice and flowy like I thought it would be if I pull it down it’s ok but when I walk it rises and bunches up and I normally do a medium but decided to size up to a large and it fits but maybe If you have wide hips or big thighs I recommend sizing up two sizes for a more flattering look or fit. It’s definitely beautiful and I’m starting a workout journey so hoping in the next few months it’s will fit me better. Definitely keeping it and I do recommend it’s beautiful just size up one or two sizes if you have hips or bigger legs.

I absolutely adore the Emmy so I knew I had to have this one I would say it runs tts I normally get mediums in smocked but was told this one isn’t as flowy so sized up to a large it fits Greg however it’s a battle for me due to the first tier being tighter I have thick legs and a big booty so It bunches up in the back and front around my waistline. However I’m currently in the process of loosing weight so I decided to keep it cause it is a gorgeous dress I would just recommend sizing up one or two sizes especially if you have thicker thighs and wide hips like I do.

Ive always loved the tea party dress, so when i saw this, naturally had to get it! Love the prints that Ivy selects for their dresses. Always on point! Love the very light grid pattern that you only see up close. Dress is perfect summer!

I have both the Roselyn and Emmy dresses that have a similar style to the Tea Party dress. It's a hard choice but the Roselyn might be my favorite Ivy purchase, so I thought this would be an instant winner. I love the new pink rose print and the lightness of the fabric is fantastic for summer. Sadly the fit isn't quite the same as the Roselyn or Emmy. I've got a long torso, and the Tea Party is a bit shorter in the torso by about an inch. The sleeves are also without elastic at the top this time, which I don't mind, but they also run shorter, forcing the neckline higher, so it feels even more compact at the torso. The others were just about perfect and I like that Ivy dresses hit closer to my actual waistline, so I'm on the fence about keeping this one. It overall is a gorgeous dress, and I'm a huge sucker for white and pink, so I'll have to sleep on it!
