    Super comfortable and such an adorable dress! The smocked neck and flag stitching details so perfectly made! Super cute sleeves with elastic and a little puffy and the perfect length! Perfect dress for Memorial weekend and 4th of July ❤️🤍💙 The only issue o have is the dress goes in between your legs when you walk and sort of clings.
