The dress is beautiful and well made but arms run really small. I sized up and the sleeves were still extremely small despite the dress being oversized in all other parts of the dress. Disappointed this dress didn’t work out

Soooo cute! Wore out in a tulip farm and had multiple people compliment my dress. It's a thick fabric which was perfect for the cooler day I wore this out on. Love all the Santorini silhouette dresses.

I love the design and fit of this dress! I can wear my true to size but I sized down one size to the xxl for a tighter fit in the waist. The waist is adjustable. The only downside to this dress is the buttons are pretty difficult to use, so I would recommend not adjusting them to often.

Love this dress!! The details are absolutely stunning! I own it in two colors. My only complaints are that 1) the sleeves are ridiculously tight. I sized up 1 size just for a little more room in the sleeves, and they’re still hugging my arms. I would love more of a flared sleeve with room to move. 2) the buttons are nearly impossible to do. I always have to take scissors and push them through the holes to try to loosen them up before I can get them done—and I consider my hands/fingers “pickle-jar strong.”

Omg, this dress. I love love love it. It is gorgeous! Only thing, I wish the sleeves fit better. I could wear a size smaller in the bust and waist, but had to order a size larger than usual due to the sleeves.
Speaking of sizes, I hope all of the other patterns/colors of this dress will soon be available in 4x. Because I would buy one in every color, lol.

Been waiting for this dress for forever! The colors are STUNNING! Gives me fall or day of the dead vibes! So vibrant and colorful. I just wish the torso was a little shorter for us short girls but other than that it’s perfection! I’m 5’1’’ and got an xsmall and I’m always an xsmall in smocked dresses and small in zipper styles.

When I first saw this dress I immediately liked it but then over the next week I started thinking I wouldn’t really like the orange. I got my size down at first and it was so tight in the arms, I returned it and got my regular size but the problem with the arms being to tight and restricting arm movements is still there. Please consider making some updates in the sleeves in the future for this type of dress.
The dress and embroidery is gorgeous, very thick cotton- perfect for colder days.

I’m not sure what I was expecting, but it felt more like a costume than anything else. The dress was SO heavy. I showed my husband, who rarely has opinions on what I wear, and he suggested I send it back. We both thought the fit was flattering. It was just a bit…silly? Part of me really wanted to keep it, because it was a fun dress. Pretty colors. Maybe it would be good for a photo shoot? Just not practical at all, because it’s also too casual for any fancy outing. I was sad to return.

This a beautiful dress in a dreamy color! I've been keeping a close eye to it in all color options as I loved them all but couldn't decide. Then the Madrid dress came and made me fall in love instantly. I sized down as per other reviews but found out that the sleeves are so tight I cannot wear it so I may need to open them a bit. The fabric has no stretch and I was not expecting it to be sooo heavy; no big deal but be aware that it is not light at all (at least the Madrid one, don't know about the others). I'm looking forward to the perfect occasion to wear this lovely dress.

I had originally gotten the XXS, as in this silhouette some reviews said it ran large. The arms were tight so I exchanged it for my TTS and it was perfect! Don’t hesitate to buy this dress it’s lovely for fall!

When I first saw the Madrid dress I really liked the colors. Then over the next week or so I talked myself out of it because I thought I didn’t like the orange embroidery. I ended up deciding it would be nice for the fall and was pleasantly surprised to find it looks gorgeous with this dress. It is my first dress in this silhouette because 4x was recently added. I wish the pink version, the Aurora dress, was also offered in 4x. I love the Madrid’s nice long full-bodied fabric and twirlable skirt. It’s well-made and super comfortable. It’s my new favorite #IvyOnYou dress.

I absolutely loved this dress. The color and stitching is to die for. I ordered two sizes, XS and small, but unfortunately I did return both. I feel like the XS would fit me everywhere else, but the shoulders in both were just too tight. I like to be able to raise my arms and it felt a little constricting. I'm not sure if it's because the fabric is so heavy, but I do think if it was a lighter cotton it would feel not as tight on the shoulders. So sad I had to return because it is gorgeous!

I absolutely love this Ivy City silhouette. I own most of the other colors because it just fits so lovely and flattering. I am able to size down from my tts in this one because of the drawstring waist. The stitching is so high quality and beautiful too. The only problem I had with this dress was getting it buttoned. It was quite tricky with the thickness of the fabric and small buttons. I had not encountered that with the other styles of this dress. I absolutely love this dress!

I want to give the Madrid 5 stars because I am one of the people who saw this dress last year and loved it. The quality of the dress is amazing, and the details are truly exquisite. What makes me give the dress three stars? The weight of the dress. It is very heavy. I saw the reviews of other versions of the dress that said the fabric was heavier, but I put it on and felt like I needed to support it somehow because it pulls down on my shoulders. The cotton is very thick, which is probably really good for people who live in the north, but I don't see this being a dress that I can wear all day in Houston or my classroom. I was really hoping that I would love the comfort of it as I do several other of my Ivy dresses, but I know that the weight of this one will cause me not to wear it. I will exchange it and try out a different design.

I’m absolutely head over heels in love with this dress. The fit was perfect, but I made sure to go by my bust size on the size chart, knowing I could always tighten the waist with the waist ties. It was perfect for family photos on the beach, and although the material is rather thick and has a good weight to it, I didn’t find it to be too hot. I love how twirly the skirt is, and this dress was so perfect I had to have it in another color too!

After wearing this same silhouette in the Santorini colorway for family photos, I knew I had to have more colors. This is such a beautiful, rich color that is perfect for fall. The dress itself is much twirlier than expected, and the material is a nice, thick fabric that will transition into fall well. This dress is such a dream!

Very pretty dress. I am so happy they made it, the colour is so pretty. The fabric is very thick, perfect for fall & winter.
It does need a little bit of improvement in the arms, it’s very hard to move my arms in it, the buttons are very hard to close as well.
I am going to exchange it for a bigger size in hopes i can move my arms freely in it.
