Order Processing Time

Please note, your order will need 3-5 business days before it is ready for shipment. Once your order has processed, it will ship according to your selected shipping method.

If you are needing your items quickly, we do recommend purchasing expedited shipping to help speed up the process.

Please note, we can not make changes to your shipping method after your order has been placed. So please ensure your address information and shipping speed is correct before completing your purchase.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is now a calculated cost based off of the weight of your order. We are excited to offer three UPS shipping speeds dependent on your needs. You will see those different price options at check out. We also offer a local pick up option that is free for our Utah locals.

Shipping Times

Please keep in mind the different shipping methods when placing your order.

-All UPS air shipment options only move Monday - Friday. There is not deliveries or movement on the weekends.

-UPS ground shipments move Monday-Saturday.

Next Day Shipping

In order to guarantee next day order arrival we urge you to purchase ourUPS NEXT DAY AIRat check out.

Any orders placed after 12pm MDT Mon-Th will not go out until the following business day and purchases made after 12pm MST on Friday, will not be processed until the following Monday.

What does shipping protection cover?

At checkout you can select Shipping Protection for your order.  This shipping insurance protects your order for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages.  We recommend adding this valuable coverage to your order.  

The shipping protection is an affordable guarantee that if your package doesn’t make it to you or is damaged during transit, you will be compensated.  Ivy City Co. is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.  With the shipping protection added to your order we are able to make sure you are compensated.  

For Lost Packages:

Tracking says delivered but is missing:

-Please check your front and back porch, side door, garage area, bushes and mailbox to make sure it’s not hiding. Ask your neighbors if they might have received it for you.

-Please wait at least 3 business days but no longer than 12 days from when your tracking says delivered before taking action.

International Customs & Duties

International duties and taxes are now going to be collected at check out. You will no longer be charged once your package arrives to your doorstep. We sure hope this helps!
