Wow. I ordered the holiday plaid for my entire family. I was so worried they wouldn’t make it in time for our pictures with Santa. It wasn’t Ivy city’s fault, fed ex screwed something up, but they sure acted like my emergency was their emergency. I cannot stop thinking about how attentive the customer service was.
