Whitney's Sweet Potato Casserole

"I got this recipe from my husband's cousin who made it for Thanksgiving. This was back when we used to combine their family Thanksgiving years ago before everyone had kids and it started getting too big and chaotic! I started bringing it to ALL my family Thanksgivings & Friendsgivings. It’s the #1 requested comeback item each year! I’m usually pretty health conscience but a little brown sugar & butter never hurts on a holiday right? ;)"

SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE

SWEET POTATO MIXTURE INGREDIENTS
3 Large Sweet Potatoes
3/4 C White Sugar
4 Eggs
1 tsp Salt
8 tbs Butter (softened)
1 C Milk
1 tsp Vanilla
3/4 C White Sugar
4 Eggs
1 tsp Salt
8 tbs Butter (softened)
1 C Milk
1 tsp Vanilla
PECAN TOPPING INGREDIENTS
3/4 C Brown Sugar
6 tbs Butter (softened)
2/3 C White Flour
1 C Chopped Pecans
6 tbs Butter (softened)
2/3 C White Flour
1 C Chopped Pecans
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Cook or boil sweet potatoes & mash
2. In a large bowl, combine potatoes, white sugar, eggs, salt, butter, milk, + vanilla. Transfer to 9x13 baking dish.
3. In medium bowl, mix brown sugar, flour, + soft butter. Stir in pecans & sprinkle over potato mixture.
4. Bake 30 min at 325°
