About the Role
We are on the hunt for a dress-obsessed Showroom Stylist available 20 hours per week at our Riverton showroom. Our Showroom Stylist will focus on welcoming and engaging with customers as the face of Ivy City Co. Assisting with the customers’ needs and providing solutions to problems, the Showroom Stylist will brighten each customer’s experience while maintaining operational organization.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming and engaging with customers as they enter the store
- Assessing customers’ needs and suggesting solutions to their problems
- Working with cash registers and processing payments
- Setting and attaining sales goals
- Informing customers of sales and promotions
- Using upselling techniques to increase store sales
- Recommending the best products to customers
- Cleaning and restocking the store throughout the day, before opening and after closing
- Pulling orders from the warehouse
- Processing returns and exchanges
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- In-person experience servicing customers
- Detail-oriented
- Personable with customers and team members
- A go-getter attitude
- Flexible and willing to help according to Ivy City’s needs
