About the Role

We are on the hunt for a dress-obsessed, full-time Lifecycle Marketing Manager! Thriving in a fast-paced environment, our Lifecycle Marketing Manager will oversee lifecycle campaigns across email and SMS while working closely with the team to ensure a seamless customer experience. Our Lifecycle Marketing Manager will be highly organized, analytical, and collaborative as they drive customer engagement. This role will be performed at Ivy City's HQ in Riverton, Utah with a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all marketing lifecycle campaigns across email and SMS to drive customer loyalty
  • Manage agency in the planning, execution, and optimization of all email and SMS marketing campaigns, including promotional, transactional, and lifecycle communications
  • Optimize email and SMS flow outside of regular campaigns
  • Deliver personalized and targeted marketing messages that resonate with varying audiences
  • Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior data for optimization
  • Develop and deliver against strategy of campaigns from start to finish
  • Collaborate with creative team to develop compelling and engaging content that aligns with Ivy's brand voice
  • Create and execute A/B tests, manage a testing calendar, analyze results, and supply recommendations based on findings
  • Develop and report on email marketing KPIs to deliver actionable insights for optimizing lifecycle campaigns
  • Perform email rendering tests across devices and email clients to ensure emails display correctly
  • Enhance and manage a customer loyalty/rewards program to incentivize repeat purchases and enhance customer engagement
  • Coordinate with all teams across Ivy to ensure a seamless customer journey and consistent messaging
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices and implement innovative retention strategies
  • Manage and grow email and SMS subscriber lists
  • Supply regular reporting on all lifecycle campaigns/initiatives and retention metrics
  • Report on the effectiveness of partner marketing activities and leverage data to drive continuous improvement and ROI

Qualifications

  • 4-5+ years of experience in email and SMS marketing, preferably within the e-commerce or retail industry
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful lifecycle marketing campaigns to drive customer loyalty and repeat purchases
  • Knowledge of email best practices including subject lines, messaging, segmentation, list management and hygiene, deliverability, and CAN-SPAM compliance
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Knowledge of basic HTML
  • Experience building and executing A/B testing strategies
  • Experience using Excel to build reports
  • Experience with Klaviyo and SMS marketing tools (Attentive)
