I love how thoughtful Ivy City's packaging is, from the handwritten name to the pretty paper and notes in the packaging.
I also like the box option when shipping to long distances internationally. That way, the items are less likely to be damaged by the time I receive them, IMO.

Love the idea and hopefully will have better luck in the future. I upgraded to the box for a special valentine for my daughter. The box arrived opened and partially smashed in. I did my best to pop the dents back out before surprising my daughter with it. I know that this isn’t Ivy City CO’s fault, as I am sure it wasn’t sent out that way, it was USPS.
