The Arabella in white is the dress that first drew me to Ivy City years ago and I am so glad I finally got it! It is lovely! I purchased the green Arabella in December and according to the size chart I needed a large. I ended up returning it because I just didn’t love it. I ordered a large again in white and it ended up being too big! So I then ordered medium. I can wear small or medium in ivy dresses usually, so I was happy to see how this one fit. I have many ivy dresses and this is in my top favorites!

Okay so first I’d like to say that the team at Ivy City Co are the absolute best. I had a promo code but accidentally hit “pay now” before applying the code. I emailed them and in 24 hours they got back to me and instantly refunded me the difference with zero hesitation. (That’s the kind of customer service that makes customers want to go back and re order more stuff!) Second, the dress is absolutely amazing. I bought it for my engagement party which is next month so I have not worn it yet but I tried it on & it exceeded my expectations and more. Super curvy friendly and great quality. I got the large but was a little worried because I have big hips but it fits great and nicely shows my curves which I love!! 10000% recommend and I will be shopping for more! I really like this dress. But I do feel like I wish the sleeves had a little more give or I had sized up. Everything else fit well on the dress, but not the sleeves for me. I do love how this dress looks though! I love it in white and think it is very elegant.

I always worry about sleeves being too tight so I went with the large and the sleeves fit great and I added a belt to give the dress a little more shape. (my stats if its helpful to anyone else: 150lbs; 5'6; pear shaped). My aunts cried when they saw me in the dress and said if it was 1970s this would be my wedding dress LOL. If you're on the fence, I'd say it's a lovely dress with a unique neckline and modest hem that can be reworn to lots of things.

It cost me $10 in shipping fees to return the dress and then, when I receive my refund, I am only refunded $71 instead of the $78 + 5.99 shipping I paid for the dress. If you are not sure about your size, beware. I am not sure I will buy from Ivy City Co again just because it costs so much money to return an already expensive dress.

I got this dress for a work party last year and loved it. It's very flattering and really does give you the confidence that makes you feel like a million bucks! The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is because of the quality of material. It was more rough than I was expecting. But overall I really love this dress.
