My daughter loves the Duchess dress. She loves the one with the high necks, so this one was perfect. Modest, very detailed with bows, buttons on the back, and puffed sleeves. The knee length was a perfect fit for her. We love that we are able to match through Ivy City's elegant dresses.

I’m totally obsessed with this dress. I’m a goth girl at heart and it makes me feel sexy and sophisticated. I originally bought an XL in this after reading other reviews. It was too loose around the waist but fit ok in the chest (I’m a 36DDD). I decided to try the L just to see how it fit. The sleeves and chest are definitely a little snug, but it fit better in the waist so I exchanged it. I can’t wait to wear it out. I think it would be so cute to dress it down even with a pair of cute tights and some Dr Martins.

I love the quality of this dress. The lace is just beautiful. What I don't like is that it is empire waisted and it is not flattering for someone who is big busted as it just emphasizes the area even more. It would have been a lot more flattering with 1.5 inches added to the length of the waist for it to sit at the true waist and not sit at the under bust. I am conflicted whether to return it or take it to a tailor and try to add a 1.5 inch lace band to this dress as I really do love everything else about it. This dress "as is" I would say is nice for smaller busted ladies. Beware big busted ladies with broad shoulders. This will only emphasis that quarterback look you're trying to avoid.
