I am so in love with it. I wish it was the tiniest bit shorter in length. I’m 5’2 so it was a bit long but if I really wanted to, I could just have it altered a bit. 5 stars. Very beautiful black dress. A little unassuming on the rack but lovely fit when tried on! The small black buttons on the front are such a cute detail. It ended up being just a little low cut in the front and back for my personal taste but all around a flattering and cute dress! I'm wearing a medium, 165 pounds, 5'5".

This dress is absolutely stunning. It is super snug though so I would size up if you aren’t comfortable with that. The day I got it one of the buttons in the front fell of but it was such and easy fix. Be gentle with the buttons:)

I love this dress, especially the skirt and puffed sleeves. Unfortunately, the waist and bodice were too snug for me, especially when sitting down, so I had to return it. I’m a wheelchair user, thus I’m seated a lot. I hope this dress can be made with a little more stretch in the future, because it’s a beauty!!

I have the ballerina in black and was curious how this one fit. I sized down in the ballerina and this gala dress. it’s definitely tight, but I prefer the fit of my size down to my tts, probably because I have a small bust and the medium gapes. I’m technically right inbetween a small and medium with the waist measurement, so if you are too and have a small bust, I would recommend sizing down! I love the faux buttons and puff sleeves! I’m 5’11 for reference

I generally wear a small or medium. Most of my dresses from ivy are medium. However, I went with a small because I prefer how this dress looks when it fits tighter! It is a tight zip but not uncomfortable. So if you have a small frame but a larger bust, it is possible to squeeze into your smaller size.

I love this dress so beautiful! I read all the comments on sizing and it seemed like a fair amount said size up and I did and wish I wouldn’t have, hoping to exchange for a size down. Definitely recommend getting your true to size. It also gives me Wednesday Addams vibes and I’m for sure here for that.

I ordered a small. I love the style of the dress. However, it is too big in the bust causing it to be loose in the back and in the shoulders. Fits well in the waist. I would return for an x-small, but I am worried it will be too tight in the waist.
