Definitely agree with the other reviews that say this one runs TTS! I normally size down in smocked but I stayed TTS with this one and it fits perfectly. My only complaint is that the shoulders are a little big/loose, but it's really not a big deal! The color is gorgeous and I am so excited to wear this to all the fancy events I have coming up this year!

I’d say it runs true to size or a little smaller. I first ordered a large bc I’m in between sizes but ended up returning it for an XL!

I am obsessed with this dress! I also own it in lilac and sparkle, and the blue fits exactly like the lilac with tighter smocking and flowy sleeves. I stayed true to size and I wouldn’t size down. I’m 5’2” and wearing my true size small.

Just when I thought I had my favorite Ivy City dress! The cloud nine is by far my most favorite dress! It's AMAZING. The color, the quality, the fit - so good! Wore it for a rehearsal dinner and got so many compliments. Loved it so much I had to use it again for anniversary photos we're still waiting for, but was too excited to share. I usually do an XXS in smocked dresses, but stayed TTS in an XS for this one as the smocking is tighter. Don't hesitate to get this dress!

This dress is beautiful but I found that the smocking was too short for my long torso so it ended at a weird spot on my body and made it less flattering than it could have been. The color, cut and quality are lovely but this would definitely be better suited to a short waisted girl.
