I could not have been more excited about this dress. I lusted after it for several years and finally grabbed it when it went on sale, then sprinted home when I saw it was delivered. Unfortunately it did not at all live up to my expectations. The fabric is much more costume-y in person. It isn't as high quality as it looks in the photos. I can't imagine wearing this to an actual event outside of just a photo shoot. The biggest negative though is the zipper. The zipper is such a poor design that it gets stuck halfway up, even when it isn't on. It fits me perfectly but unfortunately I live alone and can't see how I could ever zip it up without someone else here to help me. And of course it was final sale and I can't return it.

First of all, the dress is lovely. But the lovely ruching technique in back intended to allow "stretch" was sewn to a non stretch lining so it was actually rigid and smaller than the intended measurements. What we had to do for the occasion and so it will fit was take it to David's bridal and ask them if they would be able to alter it. They figured out a way to remove the entire zipper and convert it to a laced back (like a corset). It was costly but worth it. My blind developmentally delayed daughter should be able to wear it for the occasion. We asked them to rush the alterations. Fingers crossed she will be able to wear it. It's her first formal gown. She's finally learning to waltz. Grateful for the gown and the alterations.

I fell in love with this one when I first saw it. The color, the shimmer, the fabric are just beautiful!! I got a small since this one is stretchy on the back. I’m about 5’2” and it barely touches the floor for me.
