This dress is gorgeous!! It absolutely runs small though especially if you are a little thick in the waist or ribcage. I’m normally a large/size 10 and I could barely squeeze into the XL. I’m so glad I sized up. The waist is a ribbon which has zero stretch. That being said, it’s absolutely beautiful and the bottom is so soft and flowy. I got lots of compliments wearing it to an awards ceremony!

I wanted to love this dress, and I waited for months for it to be in stock. I'm a size 12 and pear shaped, B cup. The XL fit perfectly in the waist (35 inches), but the arms were very big on me. I could have had it altered to fit better, but alterations with beading are expensive and the dress was already on the pricey side. Wasn't a fan of the ruffled skirt in person and would prefer a sleeker bottom. Overall the dress is ok, but overpriced.

Feels magical wearing this dress, I love it! I'm 5'3 and 27 in waist. I went with the size small to have more space at the waist so it wouldn't fee so tight and I'm glad I did bc it is just right. The top is a little loose but not too bad. Dress is very well made and the details are so beautiful from top to bottom. The top of the dress is delicate because of all the beads so just be careful not to push against a wall or anything too hard. I was also expecting my dress to come in one of those pretty boxes with my name on it but it came on a regular plastic bag with my name on it instead. I guess the packaging changed? Anyways, I'm happy with my purchase and I'm excited to try on other ones.

I was so excited to wear this dress! For size reference, I am usually a size 16 jeans, XXL tshirt, XL dresses, and have an hourglass frame. I ordered an XXL in this dress based on measurements. I’ve wanted this dress for MONTHS and finally got it thanks to an Ivy City gift card giveaway! I put it in a garment bag immediately after trying it on, lol. The hand-sewn sequin patterns, the structure of the skirt, waist details, and sleeves are exquisite. I thought the sleeves would be scratchy but they’re so comfortable and not tight at all. Please follow the size chart and when in doubt, size up with this style.
I do love this dress, but I was surprised by how stiff/cheap-feeling the tulle was. It does not feel like the soft, luxurious tulle I would expect at this price point.

This dress, and it’s detailing, are so gorgeous. I am thrilled with the beadwork in person. However, one part of the beads had a clump of strings and when I cut it off, part of a beaded flower came with it. I tied a knot and think it’s secured now, but it’s a bummer to have loose threads and unsecured beads at this price point. This is why I dinged it a star. It also runs very tight. I have lots of ivy dresses, some xl and a few xxl. My other xxl ivy dresses zip up with ease and this one I was praying and breath holding and cinching to get the zipper up. once I got it up it was relatively comfy but I almost wish I sized up 2 sizes for this one. The bust has no give- if you’re busty, look at the measurements carefully, even if you have other Ivy dresses. All that said, this may be my favorite ivy dress yet. It’s gorgeous.

I do like that the liner on the top was updated to be black instead of champagne. I do prefer the black liner. I also realized that I prefer lined sleeves on my Ivy City dresses.
