I thought this was such a cute dress and Ivy City always chooses the most beautiful and flattering colors for their dresses! This yellow color is so special! It looks so cute on both my little ones and me too (and we all have different hair and eye coloring! I love the silhouette of this dress, flutter sleeves, and fabrics used. Best of all the dress is smocked, which allows your little one to wear it a lot longer as they grow into it. This is a size 6-7. A new favorite for sure!!!

The ties aren't perfectly even on the back but I don't care. She loves it and the rest of the quality is 100% perfect. My little is 3 and is wearing a 3T and it fits like it was made for her.

My daughter is really small for her age but since this dress is smocked it fit her! It’s beautifully made. My daughter in this picture is 13 months, and around 18 pounds. She fit the 12-18 month size. I suspect it will fit her for a long time too!
