I love the Madeline and bought the pink for my two girls last year, I just had another baby girl and almost died when I saw the blue restock!! I instantly snagged the baby! Material is the same as the adult and mini but I do think it runs small. I have bought several bubbles and have sized up in all. The purple one here is 3 months and the Mads is 6-9, quite smaller.

There's slight variation between my adult dress color and the baby color but not too noticeable. I love being able to match my mini in the dress that made me fall in love with Ivy City.
