Perfect spring colors on the Thalia 🩵 Love the tie details. The skirt is lined but not the top although not noticeable. Silhouette is like an empire waist cut. This is a size Large and I could probably go down a size because there is a lot of stretch to the waist even tightened but I worry about the top line cutting into my bust.
