This one was a little tricky with my 32 week pregnant belly. I ordered the medium initially thinking it would stretch enough to accommodate my ~31 inch chest/upper belly area but it was just a little too tight and uncomfortable a couple weeks prior, I ended up exchanging for a large which fit great around the middle but was falling off the shoulders and puckering in the back. I had it taken in a bit by a local seamstress when I got it dry cleaned at the same time. All the extra effort was worth it, the dress was beautiful for my shower and I got lots of compliments on it, the material and color were lovely and I felt really comfortable wearing it.

Love this princess dress! I bought it for me to wear for my baby's first birthday, and it was certainly fairytale-like and princess-y:) It runs a little big... I usually wear a small in the dresses with smocking like the Starry Nights dress, but this Cloud Nine dress would have been much better on top in an xs. Still, I made it work and do not regret this dress! Definitely a special occasion dress:)

Love this dress! Got size Large and it fit true to size there’s a little stretch to it so if I had sized down it would have fit just right too!

I'm so in love with this dress! I needed to find something to wear to a wedding in the spring, and I was panicking! I'm only 5'3, but am overly "blessed" in the chest region as an I-cup. This makes it really difficult for me to find something that fits comfortably up top while also keeping the rest of the garment proportional to my body. As soon as I tried this on, I teared up! I felt beautiful and so relieved to have a dress for the wedding!

This dress is absolutely gorgeous so happy I purchased this I needed a new dress that would be bump friendly it is a tighter smocking so I sized up one size. Im 20 weeks pregnant and it feels great with a little room left to stretch. It is a true light lilac color and the fabric is beautiful and so detailed and soft. I absolutely adore it now that I know baby is a girl I may just have to grab her one. I highly recommend! She is a must!

This dress is absolutely beautiful I kept passing on it cause I couldn't tell if it was purple or pink lol. But after becoming pregnant I needed a new smocked dress so I took a chance on it and am glad I did could easily be my new favorite and it is a true light lilac purple but you could make it look more pink if you add pink accessories. It's very soft comfy and flattering I'm 20 weeks pregnant and still fits with a little stretch not much though! The smocking is also very tight I sized up one size probably should have sized up two for longer wear during pregnancy but I plan to use it after as well so I only went up one size If you are busty I recommend sizing up at least one size. But I highly recommend this dress pictures don't do it justice!

I fell in love with this dress and was keeping a close eye on it waiting to be restocked. I pay a lot of attention to customer's review and according to their comments, the bodice ran small and had no stretch so the suggestion was to size up and so I did (one size). Unfortunately it was sooo big that I cannot wear it. To my surprise it does have plenty of stretch; I don't understand why other customers said it didn't :( I was traveling after my dress arrived and ran out of time for it to be returned and exchange for my real size. I'm so sad because I really like this dress. It's beautiful, classy and very feminine.

This dress is true to size. I’m 7 months pregnant and I’m a 38DD. I ordered the large and it was perfect. The sleeves feel great and the chest area does stretch some. So glad I purchased this and have it to cherish in my maternity pictures.

This dress is beautiful! I feel like I’m finally figuring out my sizing- I’ve had to return a few dresses because I thought my true size was a medium, but it seems to be more of a small. I purchased a small in this because I read the smocking was tighter than other dresses, and I’m glad I did. I think I would be uncomfortable in an XS. The dress has beautiful detailing including the ruffles and the lined flutter sleeves. I also really like the square neckline! The only thing I would maybe change is having the waistline hit slightly lower to accentuate my actual waist, but I am slightly taller than usual. I also wish every dress could be made in a natural fabric like cotton or linen! But I realize that’s probably not possible :) I love it and can’t wait to wear it! So feminine!

Obsessed! I took this dress on a trip to Paris recently and it was perfect. The smocking was tighter than some of the other Ivy dresses, so I probably wouldn't size down if you have a bigger chest. I found that sticking with my true to size medium was the way to go!

It really is such a beautiful dress! I just wonder how they go about creating their extended sizes, because with the way this dress and a few others fit, they just extend the straight sizes rather than actually doing a plus size fit. The smocking is a lot tighter in this dress than a lot of others, so def order your true size or size up. I sized up, and while it fits, it’s is very tight in the shoulders and chest. It fits more like an empire waist (ugh) and doesn’t have as much “flow” as a lot of their other dresses. The quality of the fabric is superb and the colors are just so beautiful. I just wish they would put a little more effort into their extended sizes so it would fit us and hit in the same places as the standard sizes.

I am in LOVE with this dress. It runs a little big on my shoulders but everywhere else it is fine. I might just have to have them, tailored a bit. I expected this dress to be amazing but on, it’s even better. I can’t believe i didn’t get a picture on, the day i wore it. It will be one i wear a lot so when i do , i will share a pic. I got a 3X and i also need to figure out my exact measurements. All i can say if you can grab it, do! I love the lined sleeves as i know it’s been a debate but it makes them more flowy. So I think this dress is beautiful, but I’d offer a warning for my “more busty” ladies! I found this type of smocking particularly less forgiving than other styles. My chest either looked smushed in the medium or the sleeves were lightly too big in the large. Love the look and feel, but fit is tougher for those with curves.

Definitely buy a size up! The stretch isn’t that stretchy and the arms are tight where they are fluttered. I feel this dress overwhelmed me and made my torso look even shorter. It is BEAUTIFUL but the tulle isn’t as soft as their other tulle dresses and it just doesn’t seem a right fit for me. Just wanted to post some sizing help for someone else in need as I was!

Overall, the dress is beautiful! As everyone has said, definitely tighter smocking and much tighter fit in the bodice. Recommend staying true to size and if in between, size up.

Yay!!! Glad I was able to get this when it was restocked. It’s such a fun princess type dress. I’m usually a small in regular styles and xsmall in smocked but I for sure needed to stick to a small. I wish the waist area and torso would’ve been a little more defined, maybe if the torso was just a tad bit longer that would’ve helped defined my shape more, but that’s my only complaint! Otherwise such a stunning dress with so much detail!

I loved the cloud nine, was a tiny bit snug on me putting on around the bust area, but I am 36DDD so that is often what happens in dresses that are true to size. Usually I'm a medium in non-stretch, occasionally I size up to large to accommodate my bust. This is such a gorgeous dress with awesome texture.

I missed it when it dropped and just by chance over a month after the drop there was one left in stock and I snagged it. It’s a beautiful dreamy dress. I love it so much. Tighter smocking but stayed tts
