Did you know that this dress can be worn backwards? Nursing moms rejoice! This gorgeous dress is comfortable and so pretty! I worn a tulle slip underneath to puff it out a bit more and I absolutely wore it backwards so the zipper was in the front so I could nurse my baby throughout an event. The original v-neckline and faux buttons looked lovely on my back. Literally no one could tell and I received many compliments on the gown. The length was perfect in either heels or flats. Don't pass this one up!

Finally took the plunge and bought a ballerina. I’ve been pretty hesitant because of the bust seams. It’s much lighter than I expected! The tulle details are gorgeous and the bust cups are a bit smaller/higher than I hoped. It’s not as noticeable since this dress is black. Recommend sizing up if you have a bigger chest.

This dress is beautiful. The sleeves just didn’t hang quite right on me- I felt like they didn’t hold their poof, so I tucked them under and liked the look of that better. For those struggling with the zipper. I found it easier with help. Squeeze the ribbon seam together and have someone help you zip it up. Try not to struggle if it gets caught cause it can kink. I had to exchange the first dress.

Everything has been said about this beautiful signature dress, I do concur with everyone else: it is gorgeous, special, great that you can choose different colors and patterns, we're all obsessed with it, etc, etc, BUT we also agree that is WAY to tight on the waist area and some times on the chest (regardless everyone's size). Will be ideal and lovely for Ivy to pay attention to these comments and proceed accordingly, make some small changes it to it. Yes I do recommend it, just wish would have a little bit more room. I'm 5'2", 36C and 116 pounds for reference.

OBSESSED! I got this dress for one of my outfits for engagement photos and it is STUNNING. I normally am a Large but due to the zipper and not stretch I had to size up to a 1X because I have a 42 bust and 36 waist (ugh the big bone curse). But it is so flattering. Only minor complaint is the zipper gets hesitant where the ribbon is and takes a little muscle but this dress is a dream

I absolutely love this dress! It's a little bit flirty but also modest. I needed a black dress to wear for my grandmother's funeral and this one worked perfectly. My grandma wanted the granddaughters to wear modest black dresses, so the length had to go down to at least our knees. I'm glad I was able to find such a special dress to wear to send my grandma away to heaven.

I would give this dress 5 stars, but the sizing is a little off in my opinion. I ordered my tts and my size up. My tts fit, but it felt like I could barely breathe in it. I also ordered my size up. The size up was a little loose, but it covered more of my skin, so I stayed with my size up despite it being loose.

I was also expecting softer tulle on the skirt, but it was so stiff and reminded me more of a costume skirt. Such a beautiful idea for a dress and if it didn't have the cups on the chest I probably would get the white and floral versions too.

Waist is too high
The waist on this dress is cut significantly higher than the rest (I’ve noticed this is becoming a trend with newer styles). Because of this, the “waist” hit me about an inch below my bra strap, and I couldn’t get it zipped up past the bottom of my bra (I ordered a large since I’m a 32F bra size and need the extra room there, but for a large not to zip up past a 32” rib cage is pretty odd), even though I bought my usual size. I hope this trend stops, or that they adjust the waist length with each size rather than just expanding the material horizontally.

I wore this for my birthday dinner. It is a beautiful and comfortable dress. Very good quality. The neckline is a bit low for us with petite stature, so take that into account. I wore a black bra so you couldn’t really tell, but the shoulders shifted a bit so my bra straps kept showing. If you dress very modestly, this dress is not for you. It’s very well made, though.
