Absolutely in love with this dress. This shade of pink is so lovely and the quality of the fabric and the fit are beyond what I expected even at this price range. I sew my own dresses with heirloom quality natural fabrics and this is right on par with some of my most detailed creations. I think I need it in a few more colors!!! Buy it and wear it for no particular reason or occasion because, why not? :)

I waited forever to get this dress. For years I have admired how beautiful it is. I didn't get it because of the lines/ruffle-like details on the bust. I didn't think it would work for me. On the contrary, the bust details did work for me! The lines/ruffle-like details on the bust actually make this dress very flattering! I would say that this dress runs on the larger side, but I got my tts and love it even at about 20 weeks pregnant. I am so glad I can cinch in the waist as much as I need to. The length is perfect. I feel like this dress can be dressed up or down too making it so versatile! Love the sleeves and details on them as well as the beautiful floral ribbon used. The functional buttons and true drawstring make this dress nursing and maternity friendly too! I love this dress! A favorite for sure!

I cannot believe how much I love this dress. It's so flattering on a 50 year old body. It flatters the middle area. Its very comfortable. It shrinks when you wash it so size up. I hand washed it in cold and hung it to dry and it shrunk. Either dry clean or size up. Other than that I get so many compliments on this dress and I bought it in 2 colors.

The color on this dress is stunning! I also have the Holland and am just obsessed with the silhouette. Runs bigger, so I would size down. For some reason, the material on the Aurora is a bit itchier/scratches more, but nothing too bad. Size small Height 5’4”

I'm usually a L or XL in non smock dresses but this is a M and fits beautifully! Lots of flow in the skirt and because of the tie waist it's adjustable. It's absolutely gorgeous! I'm so thrilled I got it

LOVE IT! I went to the Ivy City store and tried on several styles of this dress and the Aurora was my favorite. I absolutely love the detail of the embroidered ribbon. It’s a tad bit big in my chest compared to the rest of my body (unlike other Ivy city dresses I have) but I don’t mind. Seriously the perfect summer dress. I might have to buy it in every color.

This dress is absolutely beautiful I normally wear size large without stretch. This size is M and fit me perfectly. You can size down.

When I put this dress on for church this past Sunday, I felt like a princess!! It’s comfortable and still plenty of space in it so it doesn’t become tight around your waist!! I bought the Santorini and Aurora first, and then after seeing how those fit, I bought all the colorways. Amazing dresses. I am a true pear: 36,32,40. I am usually an 8 in dresses, and a medium in ivy city. I am also 5’10. I sized down on this because of the drawstring waist and was glad I did. This allowed me to get the right fit in the top. The dresses in this style are a heavy cotton. Great quality. Only drawback I can think of is would be perhaps too heavy a fabric for hot humid summers (if you live in a warm place), and there are no pockets. But the “no pocket” theme is true about almost all ivycity I have purchased of late except the Charlie. I think the colorways look different enough that they don’t look like the same dress, if you wanted to get more than one in this style like I did. I have purchased quite a few dresses from ivy city, and this style is one of my absolute all time favorites.

I love my first Ivy City dress! I’ve already received so many compliments. It’s not the most convenient nursing dress, and the buttons take a while to button/unbutton, but it’s worth it for special occasions.

oh my goodness. the santorini is probably my very favorite sillhouette. I can’t help but smile when I put this on!! I’m 5’11 and it is more of a midi. it fits a little oversized but I went with my true to size and LOVE. you could probably size down, but I prefer my tts.

Funny story I didn’t realize I had the wrong size 2 sizes to small and took the tags off so this dress would be perfect in the correct size but oh well I will just keep it ! This dress is made with a heavier material I keep it forever quality 10+ ..

As always, a wonderful Ivy Dress!! I didn’t buy it when it was first released several years ago, and I regretted it ever since! I’ve been petitioning ICC to bring it back, and I’m soooo glad that they did! Just like the others in this silhouette, it is a great fit, very forgiving, super comfortable, and flattering. The material is great quality cotton, and is the perfect weight—not too heavy or too light. Love this dress!

I am always hesitant with shirt dresses as a bustier person, and I think this isn't the best style for me. It fits like a maternity dress because my bust pulls it into an empire waist in the front, but it's quite long in the back since I sized up to make it button all the way in the chest. I love the full skirt and wish it was a win!

This dress is beautiful! I saw this on Pinterest a long time ago and searched high and low for it, finally realizing it was no longer sold. I found the santorini which is basically the same silhouette, and waiting patiently for a restock. To my surprise, the Aurora came back in stock! I absolutely love it. I am typically happy with a medium in most brands, but can usually also wear a small. I bought this in a small, and it fits very well. Very beautiful! I will say that the photos with the darker looking pink are more accurate than the lighter ones. The buttons are hard to do as others have said, and the material isn’t super soft, but I still find it comfortable and really like that it’s 100% cotton. Really happy!

I do love the full skirt! I sized up to make sure the buttons didn't pull on my (large) bust, and maybe that was a mistake? I'm just not wow-ed like I usually am with Ivy dresses.

I LOVE this dress! I’m 5’1” and fluctuate between 125-130lbs, 32C. I got a size XS to be more fitted in my bust and I love the fit. I also really love the tie waist that cinches in the waist and the functional buttons so I can button it all the way up or not.

I’m normally a small but I have this and the Capri in an XS. I’m 5’2” and between 130-135lbs. I love this dress! The color is beautiful and I like being able to tighten the drawstring at the waist. It’s very comfortable as well.

I love the beautiful color and style of this dress! The skirt is super flowy and the adjustable waist makes it super flattering. I stayed TTS because I wanted a slightly oversized look but if you want the top to be fitted, you can size down one.

This dress is so comfy and perfect for spring! Imo it runs a bit large. I have a larger chest and usually wear a 2x, but I'm able to wear an XL/XXL in this silhouette.

This dress is comfortable with lots of room to adjust in the waist. The dress has a roomier fit, but you can pull the ties around the waist to adjust. I am a true to size small and purchased a small. The shoulders fit perfect, and I enjoy the room to adjust the waist.

I really wanted the Holland dress during the last sale, but it sold out while it was in my cart and I was checking out (I know, tragic, right?) so I ended up taking the plunge and ordering the Aurora instead. I was really worried about the pink because it's a darker pink than I usually wear, but it's still a lovely dress and the color isn't as dark as it appears in some of the pictures and reviews. I still wish it was a lighter pink, more akin to a blush, but it's a nice thick dress and one you can definitely size down in. This dress is just as pretty as the santorini. The new shorter length makes it much easier to wear. Fits true to size. High quality.
