This dress is incredibly flattering and just the right amount of sophisticated and flirty. The length is perfect, the sleeves are perfectly draped and the red color is stunning. The waist is not stretchy at all so definitely plan ahead for that. Very nice twirl factor. Felt like so elegant wearing this!

I have the cosette in emerald green too and it is one of my favorite dresses-especially for winter. The sweater material on top is so comfy and warm and the tulle skirt is so fun and flattering. Love how vibrant christmassy red the fabric is and the waist tie adds a nice adjustable way to cinch in the waist and have a cute bow at the back. I’m 5’3” ~195lbs and this dress hits right in the middle of my knee. I ordered my true size XL and it fits perfectly.

It is such good quality. One thing to be aware of is if you are looking for a warm dress for the wintery months, the top is especially warm, but the bottom feels as if you have literally nothing on (so wear tights)! It is now one of my absolute favorite dresses. I only bought it because it was on sale and in my price range. I hope a sale happens again soon.

This dress fits TTS so no need to worry on that. I had purchased the emerald version in a longer length and absolutely loved it so I decided to buy this one also. Unfortunately as its shorter, I feel like it makes me look rounder than I am. I probably wouldn't have purchased if I tried on before. Definitely go buy the longer version!

Love the classic simplicity of this dress! The stretchy bodice definitely helped this fit at 9 months pregnant. I wore this to celebrate our anniversary and got a lot of compliments all night. Definitely going to have to get the mini for baby girl to wear next this Christmas.

I love this dress ! I had a bit of room , but not enough where it would be comfortable if I went down a size . It’s super comfortable ! I was worried about all the layers in my heavy areas , but it flowed nicely and you could tell it wasn’t all me !!

I got this dress to wear to the Nutcracker ballet and Christmas Eve service as I’ve never had a Christmas dress before as an adult. This one is the best Christmas dress I’ve ever had! It’s very soft and warm, yet light, and the tulle layered skirt is just so elegant. The optional sash adds such a nice touch, though I wish the dress had little string loops so the sash would stay put and not ride up. The lantern sleeves are so lovely and unique, and the length is perfect for me as a wheelchair user. I want short Cosette in every color now! I can’t wait to dress up in this dress, and dazzle at the ballet. You’ve outdone yourself, Ivy!

I bought this festive dress for a big day! I had three events to attend, all in one day and this dress was so perfect! I was on my feet most of the day and outdoors (around 50 degrees) and I was comfortable and cozy, but still looked dressy. The quality is what I was most surprised by! A winner! I’m tall, 5’11’’ and I bought an XL. Potentially I could’ve gone L but I wanted a little more length. Looking forward to wearing it many more times.

I was so looking forward to trying the Cosette on but unfortunately it’s not at all flattering on my long torso. Tge dress is beautiful ( the sleeves are a dream) but the waist of it falls too high and, even tying the sash, the tulle skirt starts flaring above my natural waistline so it looks odd. I think if you often need a tall in clothes this may not work well, but probably fits petite and average height figures well.
Another thing to keep in mind is that it’s a deeper red rather than the true red it seems in the pictures. I’d love one in navy if it’s eventually offered in a tall

This dress was beautiful but unfortunately just too big. According to the size chart, I should have ordered a 4X but went with a 3x because of it having a sweater top and me liking things a little more form fitting. I definitely could have gotten away with a 2X. In my opinion, the dress does not look good without the tie to draw the waist in. The skirt is so full that it needs the tie to define the waist. Without the tie, I felt like it added a lot of thickness to my body and made me look larger than I am. Also, this dress is heavy, so that is something to consider if you do not like heavier clothing. I look forward to trying this style again in a smaller size.

This dress for me is TTS, is very stretchy on the top but the waistline not so I ordered my TTS on no stretchy dresses XXL but I can say the XL could work too, but I feel comfortable in my TTS.

This dress is a Christmas dream. I feared that the red would be a little too light for my taste but it’s a perfect blue toned red, like your favourite holiday lipstick. I never had a dress that looked this fancy while being this comfortable. I picked size L according to the size chart and it fit perfectly. While the top is stretchy I wouldn’t recommend sizing down because the waist is not! Since the tulle layers are a bit more “condensed” in this short version compared to the long Cosette it’s a bit more puffy looking around the hips but I don’t mind that too much. The only thing I have to criticize is the zipper. It gets stuck and catches all the time even when not worn. When you wear it and finally managed to close the zip it sometimes randomly bursts open. If I was in the US I’d exchange it but since I’m international I will have to get a new zip sewn in. My long Cosette has the same problem although not as bad. Otherwise it would be perfect

Love this new version of the Cosette! The color is such a beautiful cranberry red and the length is perfect. I’m 5’4” in an XS and it hits me just at my knees. The bust is super stretchy, but go off your waist measurement because there is no stretch in the waist where the stretchy top meets the tulle.

Cosette in red! Love the new short length, love the red color - a perfect, true red that is very slightly blue based/cool. The ribbed top is stretchy but I couldn't have sized down. Runs TTS.
