I got this for my daughter in a 4/5 but she is 2. She’s pretty tall for her age and the dress does look a little big on her but I just love that she will be able to wear it for a couple of years. The fabric is soft and silky and the kids version has pockets! She loves this dress and twirling in it!

I got this Mariposa dress in a size 3T. I found that the sleeves kept slipping off of my daughter's shoulders. I had to return it for this reason. We have the Sweet Caroline dress and love this one! If this dress was in the same silhouette we probably would have kept it. Such a cute dress though!

We are obsessed with the Mariposa! The shoulders do tend to slide down my daughters shoulders and oddly enough, I think it’s because the arm holes are on the tighter side. Don’t think sizing up will help :( But it’s super cute off the shoulder on her so we love it anyways

The design on this one seems to be too wide for my littles shoulders. One sleeve is actually a bit longer than the other one, so I definitely can’t get that one to stay up. But the other one has trouble as well. Such a cute dress that I think I’m going to have to have fixed.

L is 22 months, 30lbs. The 2T fit true to size. The armpits were tight, causing the sleeves to pull down, so I completely pulled them down, it looks so cute off the shoulders! I will also need to see the bow Bc it keeps coming untied. This is the most darling dress!

I love ivy city and the options they have for mommy and me. My daughters love butterflies so I jumped on this right away! We have no regrets, the smocking in the chest area makes it good for slightly larger people too. Although, my small framed almost 3 year old kind of has it slip off her shoulders. But it’s still adorable and well worth it!
