When I received my dress I was almost afraid to open it. I didn’t want to be disappointed. When I first saw the dress I was blown away by how beautiful it is. The website pictures don’t do it justice. I tried it on a few days before the wedding and was disappointed by how poofy it is at the waist. It made me look huge. I had a lady alter it and took almost all the gathers and it was perfect. I got so many compliments.

I was excited to buy the dress. What a disappointment when the dress arrived. Don't get me wrong the dress is beautiful but it runs small. For reference I am 5"3 145lbs. I am normally a size M (size 8) I read on the reviews that it ran true to size but at least that was not the case for me. I am very sad because the dress does not look good on my body.

This is a gorgeous dress that is well made and beautifully lined, eliminating the need for shapewear or a slip unless that is your preference. That said, I read the reviews and followed the size guide and the XL dress still came up small on me and I expected it to fit true to size (I’m 5’6”, size 14, 185 lbs). My honest opinion after trying it myself and seeing all the photos and reviews is that the regular dress is made for petites and there should be a tall/long version. The arms were short on me and the waistband was high, in addition to being about 1/2” too snug all around. 5’6” is not super tall, but the torso and arm length seems to be the case for a lot of people over 5’4” from my experience and what I can see in the photos. I believe addressing this with a petite/tall proportion difference might remedy the situation. Anyway, I would have loooooved to use this as my wedding dress, but I just couldn’t make it work. :(

The color of this dress is much more tan than the pictures show. The fabric was also really uncomfortable. I actually bought this as a potential wedding dress and I couldn't see myself wearing it that long and not being super itchy the whole time.

I put true to size, but I don’t know how to explain the fit of this dress. The belt-like seam did not fall at my natural waist. It was a few inches higher, so it looked much more like an empire waist dress than I wanted. The pattern was not flat either, so I was concerned the material would be too rough against my daughter’s skin as I held her for photos and that it would snag on something. Unfortunately, this was a miss for me. I returned it and paid the restocking fee.

Hi ordered this for my baby shower! I am currently 31 weeks pregnant and ordered a small. Normally not pregnant would have ordered an xsmall. It fit just right everywhere except the sleeves were a bit big and neck area, but I just altered it. It was a bit chilly since I wore it in December. So I added the nude long sleeve underneath to give myself some extra warmth outside. Absolutely loved the dress and felt really beautiful in it.

I wish that this dress fit the way that I wanted because it is beautiful! I ordered the 1X because my measurements are 45"/37"/ 47" and the dress is 46"/39"/48". While I could get the dress on and zipped (with difficulty), it did not fit correctly or look the way it appears in the modeled pictures. I think the issue is that the chest panel was not lengthened for the larger sizes to accommodate going over a larger bust; this pulls up where the waistband hits. On me, the waistband was sitting at the height of my bra band rather than my waist. My bra band measurement is ~38.5" so it was a tight squeeze to get it zipped and then it felt very uncomfortable. I'm very sad to be returning the dress since I love the style. I will not be exchanging it for the size up because I believe I will have the same issue with the waistband being too high, though it would be looser.

I am obsessed with how the dress looks! I had some issues with the zipper right at the band of lace. I ordered the correct size according to my measurements but could have sized up. It was tight only in that spot. I ended up zipping up past the band, THEN putting the dress on. (It was quite the spectacle) Customer Service was prompt and willing to help, I ended up not needing to exchange after all. In the end, I would order again, I am very impressed by their customer service and the dress quality. Keep in mind that there is no stretch in this dress whatsoever.
