Oh how I wish I loved this dress! The fabric is so soft. It is light and flowy and perfect for summer! But for me it ran a tad small. I ordered a size small which I typically do in all of Ivy smocked dresses. I just could not stand the neckline. That super high neck was very tight I could hardly get my head through the hole and felt like I was being strangled. Probably could have sized up and maybe changed that but in person I also didn't love the flower pattern on the dress up close. Sadly, this one will be getting returned.

One of my favorite silhouettes from Ivy City! I love the smocking and fit on this. The high neck is perfect, and not uncomfortable like some high neck styles can be. I wish there were more colors in this silhouette. This dress is perfect to wear for many occasions, and I feel comfortable wearing it to work and just as an everyday outfit. For reference, I’m 5’5” with 42DD bra size, wearing my TTS 3x, and am usually a size 24/26 in other brands.

Unfortunately I felt that the fabric was not up to par with normal ivy quality.

For reference, I am 5'3 and currently 200lbs. I normally wear an XL but I sized up to the XXL and it fit perfect. Any smaller would've been too tight in the chest and any bigger would've been too big. The length is perfect, it hits me right above the ankles. Buy this dress, you will not regret it!! ❤️

This is probably my favorite Ivy dress to date! I was able to wear this dress when I was a thousand weeks pregnant, and can still wear it postpartum. I get SO many complements on it. It’s easy to dress up and dress down. It fits snugger than other smocked dresses- I usually size down with Ivy’s smocked dresses (like the Madeline or Ophelia), but with this higher neck smocked dress, my true size is what worked best!

Such a beautiful dress! The print is gorgeous, the smocking is perfect, and the sleeves are the right amount of pouf. My only critique is the torso is a a little on the short side. Once the boobs fill in the area, the waist is just below them, almost babydoll style. Perhaps going up a size would have been better for me, but I’m planning to lose weight so hopefully things will fall into place a little better then!

This dress is so dreamy! One thing to note is one might be able to get away with a smaller size because of the stretchy top. I normally wear XS/S but I ordered a XXS. It’s fitted but not restricting, and the pattern isn’t distorted by the stretching. I’m looking forward to wearing this to church.♥️

Lovvvvve this dress! We got it for my 1 1/2 year old niece when it was on sale and I’ve been obsessed with it since. I’m so glad Ivy City brought it back for adults!! I feel absolutely gorgeous in it and love the smocked waist. I think the smocked waist, three tier skirt is my favorite style of Ivy’s. It’s flattering and comfortable. My only complaint is the shoulders are a little tight. I got an xx-small for reference and I wouldn’t have sized up ‘cause I’m super petite to begin with. But I think there’s room to let out the shoulders to sleeves a bit. Otherwise, adore it!

This is stunning!! I know have it in two different patterns. Okay for fit I usually size down in the smocked tops but this one I would suggest getting your regular size. It seams to hit a little short if I size down like iv done with the Luna or indie smocked dresses.
