Absolutely love this dress! I wore it for dinner one night when I was in Savannah for my bachelorette girls' weekend getaway recently. I received so many compliments on it, and I felt like a princess in it! It was comfortable and I felt so good in it! I felt the sizing was spot on for what the size chart said, and the quality is great.

I bought this dress for my bachelorette weekend in Vegas. I wore it to the black tie night with my girls. OBSESSED with the fit and quality. GORGEOUS DRESS. My wedding photographer joined us on the trip and said that she could see it used as a wedding dress. It is that beautiful!

The name is the right fit! This dress is whimsical for sure! I wore it in Hawaii for a family trip and it was perfect for the occasion! I got this in the coral too and haven’t worn that yet. The white gives such an angelic look though I’d recommend that if you’re able to manage not getting white dirtied easily. The only thing I wish was slightly better was that wearing a white bra was still slightly visible near the bodice top part and the straps were visible through the nude lining. I wish that wasn’t the case. Thankfully for this first round of wearing the dress right now my long hair covered it all. The only other feedback for anyone looking to buy is that the dress runs small. For smocked or stretchy fit dresses in Ivy I’ve been a small for 3 years now. But in this dress and a few based on try ons and fitting I sometimes size up. For this one a medium was just the right size. Not too tight or loose. It’s a good piece for adding to the closet! I do recommend! Any color would be graceful!

Pay close attention to the sizing! This one was a bit tough to zip up in the chest area. I’m also short 5’1 and the dress almost hit the floor. Probably can’t wear it without heels. But omg the layers. So pretty

My daughter chose this as her wedding dress. I was skeptical at first because it didn't seem like a traditional wedding dress. Plus the price was amazing. But I was shocked at how beautiful it was on her. It fit like a glove and was just so precious. I can't wait to see it with her veil and her bouquet!

I’m 5’4, around 108lbs and a size S, normally. I bought the M and wore the dress for a formal dinner while 9 months pregnant. It looked beautiful and - to my surprise - did not make me look huge. I received many compliments and felt lovely! Now that I’m back to my pre-pregnancy size it still looks good even if it’s a little bigger on me. My favorite part of it is the skirt. The fabric is very lightweight and soft. I gotta find new ways to style the dress so I can wear it many more times!!!

I think if you have a smaller bust it would be very flattering, but it did not cover my entire bust giving it an awkward look on me. I would love to see this dress with a faux sweetheart neckline instead of the "Y" detail. Here is what I loved about the dress though: The skirt of this dress is so stunning. It is so flowy and is a softer tulle similar to the Anastasia dress. I love the length of this dress! I normally prefer lined sleeves, but I actually like the sleeves on this Whimsical dress. I think because their is a tier that breaks up the sleeve it still looks finished and beautiful. I love the part just above the bust. I think this is a cute way to take a sweetheart-like neckline and make it modest. Love that! The fit for me was tts. Such a stunning dress overall, just wish it didn't have the bust detail.

This dress is absolutely breath-taking!!! I got a size small and it just fit perfectly when I wasn’t pregnant! Absolutely zero stretch! So if you’re in between sizes, definitely size up!! I still wanted to use it for our pregnancy announcement photos when I was almost 15 weeks, so I had to leave part of the zipper down in this photo (but you can’t tell).

This DRESS!!!! I think I may say this about ALL Ivy City Co. Dresses, BUT! I love this dress! It’s so soft! You feel like and look like an Angel!

Love love love this dress, I used for my family Christmas photos and I found that the white does run smaller than the coral whimsical, so I would recommend sizing up. Other than size I love this dress, so magical , gives off dreamy vibes.

LOVE LOVE this dress! Took it to Paris for my anniversary and had my cinderella moment. It’s comfortable, gorgeous and fits like a glove. I’m a size 16 and ordered the 1X and it was perfect! It felt like it was tailored to my body. I can not say enough wonderful things. Also their customer service helped me out with a small issue and they were wonderful!

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this dress! It's so dreamy and so feminine! Although it is too tight for me on the chest area, and I cannot zip it, I decided to keep it since I'm starting to lose weight. It is a beautiful off-white color perfect for me to wear on my daughter's first communion, next year. I 'm looking forward to this dress in other colors (love the coral one, too!). My first Ivy City purchase and I'm sooo happy!

BY FAR MY FAVORITE DRESS!!! The material is high quality and it is very comfy. I am 5’9 and weigh 115 pounds. I got a size small, and it fits great! This dress is even more beautiful in person. I want it in more colors!!

GORGEOUS! This dress is absolutely gorgeous! I went off of what others were saying and I went up a size. I’m normally a small but I went with a medium. So glad I did that. It fits perfectly on me. I have a little room (which is what I need too) because I don’t feel like I’m suffocating. Absolutely love it! I really want to buy it in coral too (eventually).

Amazing The only reason why I’m giving this dress 4 stars is because I wished the inner lining top part of the dress matched my skin tone. I had to take the lining off the top of my dress so I could get the perfect nude look that match my skin (brown skin) other than that this dress is truly magic definitely a statement piece looking forward to the lover’s collection with the peach color whimsical

wish it was a bright white Love this dress design, prob my fav dress yet <3. I'm a size M and the waist was very tight. The color is also not a bright white like in the pictures but more of an off white.

Beautiful dress, but I didn&#x27;t like how the liner at the neckline fit. It didn&#x27;t lay flat and wrinkled on me so I sent it back. Beautiful quality though!

Not a good fit I ordered a size up and the waist band was too big. It looked frumpy on me. Unfortunately, I’ll be sending it back. I should’ve ordered a size down. I’ll have to wait for the pink version.

Pretty details but not for me The dress has gorgeous details but something about the color didn’t look right with my complexion and wasn’t as flattering as I’d hoped. Ran smaller than some of my other zipped Ivy City dresses as I usually size up but wasn’t unmanageably snug or uncomfortable by any means. The length was gorgeous.

What Dreams Are Made Of I just received my dress and OMG it is exactly as described! So beautiful! Romantic and dreamy... I can’t wait to wear for my 10 year vow renewal! Sizing was spot on I’m 4”11 and petite the XS fit perfectly just hits the floor on me which is perfect! So in love!

Disappointing I had such high hopes for this one! This dress isn&#x27;t flattering and doesn&#x27;t look as good as the picture. I didn&#x27;t love the ruffles around the collar and on the bust. Also, the faux sheer around the neck didn&#x27;t look great in person. With a few adjustments this dress would&#x27;ve been perfect.

Poor fit Love ivy cory co but sadly this dress is cut too small , there is about a 5 inch gap to zip up once you zip past the waist. I recommend sizing up two sizes, especially if you have a bust. Cannot get ahold of ivy city co to return either via email or website

Doesn’t Translate for Plus Size I really struggled with whether to keep this or send it back. But after looking at how this looks on a straight size model, and how it looks on me, a plus size woman, it had to go back. Unfortunately, the dress just does not translate from straight size to plus size. The chest on the plus size dress is not the same. I so badly wanted to love this as I love my Ivy City dresses. But this one is going back.

The most magical dress! I&#x27;m in love with this dress! I am a plus size babe and it&#x27;s soooo hard to find cute, fancy dresses like this one for my body type! This fit wonderfully and I can&#x27;t wait to wear it all the time this winter!

Coloring is off I just received my dress yesterday and was so excited about it. It fit nicely and is just as pictured besides the coloring. I was so disappointed. In all the photos I’ve seen this dress looks white, the dress I received looks like an old vintage off white. Unfortunately the coloring is enough for me to return it. I am usually not too picky but was pretty shocked about the color difference so wanted to write a review to hopefully save someone else from being shocked also.
