Full honesty - I didn’t initially love the Lola when I first bought it, but I tried it on again and wound up really liking it. It’s a lovely cotton dress - perfect for natural fabric fans -and will be in heavy rotation into fall. As other reviewers have noted, there is no stretch or give to this dress so if you have curves or a bigger bust, sizing up might be a good idea.

It was the perfect outfit for the Tulip Festival I visited with my husband at the end of April.

I'm always a small at IvyCity, however this waist is a bit tight. Also wish the length was slightly longer. I'm 5'8" and 135 lbs. Will be returning.

This was my first time ordering from Ivy City Co. After reading reviews, I decided to order an 1X. There is absolutely no stretch and I don’t have any room to gain a pound. I think the color, fit, and print of the dress is super feminine. The belt is detachable but there is only one loop for the belt, rather than two which I found odd. For reference I’m 5’3 and usually a size 14 and my measurements are 45,38,45.

This is my dress I wear whenever I just want to feel put together. The fabric and texture are so lovely and it's lined so I don't have to think about it. I'm a standard size 6, and bought a medium, I go between small and medium in this brand. I'm 5-7, and the waist hits in my ribs instead of my waist, so I could have sized up and still been comfortable. The waist has no stretch, and nips in.

I definitely recommend you stick to your tts. I stuck to my tts S. My measurements are 34B and 26W. I adore this dress. It is my absolute favorite Ivy City dress. From the detailing to the length. I won’t ever get tired of this dress. I will say that the button holes were a little too small for the buttons. I’m afraid that it’ll ruin the dress the longer I wear it and try to fit the buttons in the holes. This is the only downside of the dress. Other than that I wish I could wear it just about every day!

I actually love the defined waist, I am glad it doesn’t just have a tie belt for the waist, I think it makes the dress much more flattering this way. I think it’s also true to size. Such a sweet dress! I would definitely buy more at this length. :)

Love this short length on shorties. I'm 5'2''and it hits right at the knees. Got the L and it's fists just right, comfortable in the arms and bust. I'm 7 months PP and still got that mom pooch. If I was bloated, it would be too tight. Also, the waist line goes right under the bust. I think the waist should have elastic like the Lovers dress. with button-ups, I always have to consider bust gapping and if I can raise my arms comfortably, . I think I'll exchange for an XL. For reference I'm 38 bust, 34 waist.

Love the Lola! The length is perfect on me. I'm 5'6", 123 lbs for reference and wearing a size small. It is so light and airy and I feel like you can definitely dress it up or down. The texture is really nice on the fabric and I love the print. One thing I would suggest adding is pockets, but other than that it's love for me!

The Lola. A bit of a disappointment. First of all, this dress is SHORT. I’m only 5’3 and it comes up to above my knees. If you’re any taller and wear an XXS, this will definitely be too short. Then the waist has zero stretch, which is a bummer because the tie could have been functional instead of decorative with a stretchy waist. The bust fits roomy but I don’t have much of a bust either. Ultimately it’s a return for me. Sizing up would take care of the waist and length issues, but the bust would be too big then. If you have the long Lola and it fits well, then get this dress.

I got my TTS large and it was a little snug in the waist and arms. The waist has absolutely no give and is a little high, but does really snatch you in. July was my birthday month so I’ve been snacking a little too much and I’m probably about 5 lbs heavier, so I think with a few lbs off, it will fit perfect. If I sized up I think it would be a slightly baggy.

The fabric and print quality are to die for on this one! Love the collar and button detail. Such a cute, chic dress and love the matching for the entire family. Only complaint, for all dresses that have buttons, i wish ivy would have provided an extra button! Especially at the price of the dress, one extra button should always be given! Other than that, fabulous dress!
