Love, love, love this dress! The embroidery is absolutely gorgeous and the flutter sleeves are to die for! A few things to be aware of for those thinking about getting the dress (and you should!) it does not have any stretch and the waist is fitted, so make sure you are paying attention to that sizing chart! If in doubt, size up. I ordered my usual size, but it does fit a bit snugger than other Ivy City dresses in the same size.

The embroidery on this dress and the sleeves are so pretty they make me want to cry! Seriously this dress is stunning! It’s fancy enough for events but not so fancy you can’t wear it to places like church. It runs TTS, I’m a medium in non smocked Ivy dresses and the medium fit in this dress! Buy it, you won’t regret!

After reading reviews, I made sure to measure my waist and ordered the size that fit that measurement, even though the chest measurement was far too big for me. Unfortunately, the dress came and was far too big for me in the chest. I was able to return it without any problems though and sized down one size. I normally wear XL and the XXL fit me whereas the 1X was too big for me. The dress came and was perfect!! It’s so beautiful and the details on the embroidery are incredible. The sleeves and dress flow so pretty and are flattering. I’ve been waiting for years to own an Ivy City Dress, and I couldn’t be happier to finally have this magical dress!

I wanted Ivy City to make this dress soooo bad when I saw it in the dress design competition, the Evangelina dress is so beautiful and it certainly did not disappoint The embroidery is amazing! The flowy sleeves are elegant and I love the snatched in waist. The sweetheart neckline hits pefectly. Watch that size chart closely friends, there is no wiggle room in the waist because of the ribbon band. I did have to size up.

I am usually an A line dress girl, but this was so beautiful. I was worried it would be cut too slim with my hips but it fit PERFECT! Very true to size. The embroidery is stunning this one came home with me. I posted it on social media and already got so many compliments. This dress is just too perfect! I will mention in some pictures the tie is shown on the side - which isn’t possible unless you somehow unstitched it. It ties in the back which I’m totally fine with but thought I would mention.
