HANDS DOWN my new favorite Ivy City dress. The color is perfect, and the neckline is so flattering. I need more in this neckline! For reference, I’m wearing my TTS 2X and these are my measurements. This dress is next level amazing! I’ve been holding out on buying Whimsicals until this neckline was released, and I’m completely obsessed. I got my TTS (small) and it’s fitted in the bodice but not too tight. For reference, I’m 5’2” and a 34D. I hope they make this neckline in short lengths and about a dozen more colors!

The dress of my absolute dreams! It’s so beautiful and I love this neckline. I feel like a princess in it. I had to size up to a 3x because I think the 2x would have been too tight so it is just a little loose but the fit is still so good I’m not worried about it. I’m 5’6 for reference and this dress hits right at my ankle.
