About the Role
We’re on the hunt for a Performance Director of Growth Marketing to join the Ivy Fam! This role is responsible for leading and executing performance-driven strategies across paid search, lifecycle marketing, and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will align marketing initiatives with broader business goals, oversee key agency and affiliate partnerships, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize the end-to-end customer journey. With a strong command of performance metrics and a data-driven mindset, this leader will drive customer growth, maximize ROI, and guide a high-performing team toward sustained profitability. This role is open to a remote or hybrid schedule (Ivy City office located in Riverton, UT).
Responsibilities
- Lead paid search strategy and execution: define objectives and benchmarks; forecast and allocate spend; manage media planning, execution, measurement, and optimization in conjunction with agency partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Ecom, Social, Email, Product, Creative, etc.) to align paid marketing initiatives with broader business goals and iterate campaigns and creative testing to develop high-performing assets across all paid campaigns.
- Partner closely with Finance and Accounting teams to align growth efforts with company-wide profitability goals.
- Own the strategic vision for optimizing the end-to-end customer journey ensuring customer growth and profitability.
- Lead reporting, strategic planning, and budgeting for the Marketing department in collaboration with the finance team.
- Oversee key external partners, including media agencies and affiliate networks, ensuring accounting and ROI.
- Build and mentor a high-performing growth team. Foster a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in growth marketing, with proven success in both paid performance and lifecycle marketing.
- Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, MER, ROAS, CVR, and other key performance metrics.
- Experience implementing product-led growth strategies in collaboration with product and engineering teams.
- Deep expertise in digital advertising on Ecommerce with experience with Omnichannel retail environment preferred.
- Experience in Apparel preffered.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, data-driven mindset and a bias for action.
- Proven experience in team building, mentorship, and cross-functional leadership.
